It was quiet at night.

The breakfast options were just sad. The pillows in our room were hard and flat. Everything is very dated. We didn’t even feel comfortable using the shower.

The shower did not work and there was no tub stopper, so we had a difficult time trying to bath!

We arrived after dark around 8:35 pm. Staff wasn't experienced, couldn't activate the room keys. A man and woman came into the office out of the parking lot where they had been standing and smoking, began complaining about the ownership and cussing, stating they weren't allowed inside this office, showing her middle finger to the security camera. Two door locks on the room entry door and only one worked. Curtains were torn, bedding was stained, cigarette burns in the chairs of a "non-smoking" room. Shower was badly stained, bathroom floors were dirty, no iron or ironing board in room (which was listed to be in the room on the website), hair dry was broken and cord was taped, smoke alarm starting sounding randomly at 5:45am and continued until we checked out (without a refund) after the first night. Pool was listed on website to be working, but was empty of water.

We checked in, went to the room. It was dirty and had a bad smell. I walked into the bathroom and there were bugs in the tub. Went back to the front desk where the clerk pointed at a sign that was taped to the wall that read " No Refunds" . We left and stayed elsewhere. Im out $200. You should remove this trash hotel from your listings!

The bathroom needs updated. Duck tape was holding the window in. The mat in the bathtub needs to be removed, it was stained really bad. The was rotten wood around the door.

the back door looked some had broken into it. The bathroom was FILTHY. No one would shower in the bathtub. The floors were horrible! Everyone wore socks to walk around. We could not request for another room the night we got there due to NO ONE was in registration to complain to. Office was notified about the filth and they reassured us that they would bleach, bleach and bleach everything. if they used bleach they used un scented. The beds were like sleeping on concrete and we purchased new pillows due the fact the pillows that were on the beds were so thin it was like laying your head on a sheet of paper.
