El ruido que traspasa paredes y techos. Nos hospedamos en escala de vuelo para dormir y descansar. Pero imposible con el ruido de los cuartos vecinos y de arriba. Se escuchan pisadas y televisiónes, maletas, etc. y que no tengan opción de shuttle

It was clean and the staff was friendly, there was a restaurant, close to the airport, beds were comfortable, shower was awesome with plenty of pressure.

The food options were basic.
Staff were hot and cold. Some were excellent and others were just plain rude. It was a shame because the rudeness of the poor staff just steals away from the other staff and ruins the experience of the stay!

- free breakfast with a good selection of meal
- rooms are spacious and clean, beds are pretty comfy
- no airport shuttle, uber/lyft ride costs ~ $20 for a short 5 min one-way trip if you don't have a car
- check-in staff Richard signed me up for Hilton Honors membership that I never asked for. When I mentioned that I did not have membership, they asked me to provide my contact info, which I thought was ONLY for check-in purpose, however, I then received an email the next day regarding my membership. This came as a surprise to me since I never gave any forms of consent for they to do that. I think what they did was very unprofessional for such a big hotel brand like Hilton. I don't feel safe about my personal information staying with them.

We booked two nights. When we found ants in one of the rooms. When we changed rooms. They charged me an extra night. This is simple extortion for a rubbish property. Will never stay here again.

Lobby was spacious and looked nice, breakfast was good, shower was excellent (but at the same hotel a week ago, pressure was weak). Good location near the airport. Room was clean and great view of the p,Abe’s taking off at the airport!
$30 to park every day is a lot for a Hampton inn where a lot of them have free parking, beds are uncomfortable (hard) and pillows not fluffy. Please please upgrade the toilet paper, it was like sand paper and way too thin. Some of the younger front desk staff were not happy to be there and a bit aloof. They should also have a shuttle to the airport. Uber cost almost $50 at night for a two mile ride to the hotel!

Eu amei esse lugar por vários motivos, primeiramente, gostaria de mencionar o funcionário HUE (salvo engano) que foi empático, solicito, e me ajudou a resolver um problema. Eu sem querer reservei a data errada e ele super me ajudou, estava toda atrapalhada?, recém havia chegado de uma viagem de 12hs de avião com duas crianças pequenas. Fora isso, os funcionários em si muito agradáveis o hotel muito bom, pertinho do aeroporto, bem confortável. Enfim. Nota 1000x e vamos ficar na volta lá provavelmente.

Everything from walking in and the staff with friendly warm smiles welcoming my wife and me. The staff gave us great suggestions for a place to eat for dinner. We loved the breakfast buffet. Quality food with many choices. We will be back again when we fly out of Los Angleses! Thank you!

It was very loud in our room and the beds were extremely uncomfortable. The breakfast bar was the busiest I've ever seen, and people were very rude and pushy. We had ants in our shower and bathroom. I would not stay here again!

Great location near the airport with parking (20 USD / night however !). ... Please mind the coffee, a real coffee is an expresso ! so please invest in such machines ...
Far from anything, ie YOU NEED a car ... even not an airport shuttle ! also the coffee is not at level of international travellers ; a real coffee is an Expresso, so please invest in such machine !!

They upgraded us to a suite and it was above our expectations. Even though it is very close to the airport we did not hear plane noise. Parking was free and convenient. This is a real plus in this day and age. Staff was super.

Staff was very rude and didn’t want to help when they couldn’t find my reservation. Told me bc we booked through a third party that they wouldn’t find it and told us to look for another place to stay. After going back and forth for a few minutes the manager came and acted like he was reviewing us and doing a favor by finding the reservation. Upon checkout, he reiterated that he did us a favor…. Even though they were the problem to begin with! Would not stay here again based on interaction with staff. That and the room was 2x regular rate bc of concert nearby.
