Firstly, the air conditioning did not work and before checking I told them that it did work. Then you have to pay for parking but in reality you do not have one reserved for you if you go out, no one guarantees you will find a parking lot again. The most important thing is the inside insurance for that they will not have your door with a master key did not work. The shower did not work and you give them complaints and they do not pay attention in the lobby. They will not provide you with ice, they sell it to you by the bags almost half because it had melted and they He says you have a better one and the person tells you that it is because of the heat, and the ice is supposed to be in a freezer. The pools are not properly cleaned and we tried to use one and there were people smoking marijuana, many people. The only good thing is that you walk and arrive at the beach in minutes.

Booked through Priceline.com agent and no information was sent to me after booking. Got to property unable to make any connections. Went through agency to contact and unsuccessful, it was pouring rain and had my 2 older granbabies 10&6 with me. Tried to cancel and was unsuccessful had to pay for one night regardless. Ended up staying elsewhere.

I was directly across from the water and parking garage. I didn’t pay the extra parking that the hotel charges being from south Florida I knew better, the parking garage is way cheaper depending on the time and day.

I liked that we were close to the beach with only about a 4 min walk. I liked how specious the place was and that it had a full kitchen and full refrigerator. We were able to go anywhere on our bikes, everything was close.
What I didn't like was that since the first day the floor wasn't properly cleaned, our feet were dirty from being inside. Also they only do room service every three days. If you want ANY kitchen things you have to request them and they give you in a box. You have to buy your own paper towel. They claimed there is a broom in every room, but I didn't have one to sweep when we got back from beach.
The A/C unit was by the bathroom and inside the bedroom and it DID NOT keep place comfy enough to sleep.

The Sunrise 2 bedroom apmt # 104 ... Feb 4/23 to Mar.6/23 ...porch to sit on for early mornings or evenings.
Location from the beach...2 minute walk.
Beds were comfortable.
Kitchen with cooking supplies +dishes.
The 4 of us enjoyed this place and location.
Staff was friendly and tried to accommodate except for a few problems that arose.
Pillows were bad flat. Place actually needed a fresh coat of paint. They only clean every 3 days upon requests.
Problem 1 : The wifi and the TV''s were down 7 days. 4 days approx the second wk and the last 3 days we were there.
Problem 2 : Air conditioner furance died about 2.5 weeks in there. Couldn't be fixed until Monday. They put window air conditioners in the bedrooms. Thanks.
The main living area was 78 to 80 deg for 6 days. By Tuesday I checked in daily with staff about fixing the main air conditioner. They said they'd be right on it. On Friday I again asked what was going on and they got it fixed.
Too me this is serious ... spoke with staff and No deals would be made because of any inconvenience.
Staff member said she would have the manager Tyler call me.
Never happened... I called them 2 wks later and asked Tyler if a small credit was possible.
She said no deals or credits are made.
She denied that there was a wifi problem.
She offered me a 15 % discount when I stayed again.
I was then put on hold ... end of story.
Why would I want to risk staying there again.
To all: you have been warned and I'm not the only person that had problems.

Location.
Poor management! VERY confusing checkin. Got there at 4pm waited in line for an hour!! Very limited parking! You will pay $18 per night if you can find a space.

The location was the best thing.
The room was very worn. There was a large section of drywall that was patched and needed painted. Several large floor tile that were cracked. The kitchen had zero utensils or cooking pots or pans. The kitchen cabinets had a broken drawer that wouldn't close. The bathroom had cracked tile and peeling wall paint with mold. The bathroom light fixture was rusted. The room overall was in extreme need of a complete remodeling due to excessive wear. Forgot to mention, the staff could not find my reservation through Booking.com even after showing them the email confirmation!

The location is awesome with the beach at walkway distance.
The staff is very very very rude! They don't want to listen and acknowledge what is written in their own document. Very poor customer service. Stood almost 1 hour to check in and no word of apology. Would never recommend this place as there are more cost effective with respectful staff in nearby hotels.

The staff were fantastic. Tried to accommodate me the best they could. They were very nice.
The room I paid for I didn't receive. They put me in a room that was under construction. While getting ready for the wedding we were there to attend the shower head fell on my daughter and caused a delay of us getting ready for wedding while they fixed it. The room I requested had amenities the room I received did not. My son had to sleep on a tiny couch as it didn't come with the fold out that I originally booked. The store that was in hotel lobby was not stocked so no coffee for me till I could get to store. No ice either.

I was assigned RM 103 an it was beautiful and very clean! However the A/C was not working and the night supervisor apologized and moved me to room 2413 at the Neptune. The new room was newly remodeled and amazingly beautiful! The room had brand new everything and was very clean and I was able to enjoy myself and get some well needed rest. The staff and maintenance staff was very professional and accommodating.

In all of my years of traveling around the world, this place was, by far, the WORST of them all. I cannot think of one nice thing to say. Okay, maybe one; there was a friendly guy at the front desk...once I finally got there after the longest line and wait in history to check in. After that, finding out that we had to pay for parking. Then we get into the room and my husband was so depressed by it that we left until we went to sleep. But we couldn't sleep because the heat system wasn't working, and we were freezing! But wait! Why were we freezing, you ask, if there are blankets on the bed? Because it wasn't a real blanket! So, the front desk gives a space heater, and they say that they'll send us a blanket. But no, it never came! Not only did we freeze, but the heat system was producing cold air that was also operating so loud that that also made it hard to sleep. And the million-dollar question is- why do they have the system open for us to see?? And after not getting a good night sleep it would have been nice to make a cup of coffee with the coffee maker. But that would require them leaving a minimal amount of coffee, creamer, etc. So, we skipped the coffee. Would have liked to take a shower, but it looked too scary looking. Why do I do this to myself? I'll never again stay at a hotel that is NOT a chain! EVER!!

The pullout couch has seen better days. It needs to be replaced. The line to check in was out the door, everyday. There was always a line at the front desk for everything.

Location is great: one minute to the beach. Beds were fairly comfortable. Parking ($20 a day) next to the entrance.
We stayed not in Sunrise but in a different building that belongs to the same hotel complex. Check in took 2 hours from midnight to 2am as there was power outage. Dirty apartment, no cleaning or change of bed sheets or towels for 10 days - not even once. We are a family of 5, and the room had 3 towels only and a set of 2 plates/cups/utensils. It took us 3 days to get extra 2 towels and a second set of 2 plates. And still that was only 4 and not 5. Bathroom floor was dirty, water was either boiling hot or lukewarm, there were 2 tiny shampoos/conditioners. No blanket for the pull-out bed. No floor cleaning - sand was all over the place, and we had to buy a broom to sweep the sand. Every working day there was a construction in the apartment below - drilling began at 8:30 am. Staff is not helpful at all. I guess it’s ok to stay for 1-2 nights if you are not planning to spend much time in the apartment.

Comfortable, clean, well-appointed room and great location. We could easily walk to the beach and many shops, restaurants, and bars.
DOGS ARE NOT ALLOWED as advertised and this is not The Sunrise. This is a group of multiple buildings in the area run by Hollywood Beach Hotels. We booked a room in the Sunrise on Oklahoma St and we were given a room in Del Mar on Arthur St. Parking is an extra 20per day.

The air conditioning worked. It was a place to stay. It was a quick 2 walk block to the Broadwalk and the beach. We did not spend a whole lot of time in the place
Old building, really close to the busy road, some smaller problems that were taken care of quickly. I understand the benefit of paying for parking on the street, but a heads up would have been nice
