Location was great in a quiet neighborhood.

Not insulated for inside noises. Wood floors very loud.

The property is located in a small cul-de-sac and was very quiet.

The tiles floors in the bathroom were very cold. The water temperature control on the upstairs shower was seized up so you couldn't adjust the temperature of the water, which was nearly scalding. The exhaust fan in the bathroom on the main level wasn't working.

Beautiful 3 storey home right near the beach and Schooner pub. Lovely furniture and decor.

The home is not very soundproof if you have babies or infants that need to go down for naps.

The location was great. I liked having a washer and dryer. The kitchen was stocked well. Three bathrooms, 2 family rooms each with big TV is a plus as well when you have multiple people. It’s a little crowded with everyone on the main floor. Nice having a fireplace inside and a fire pit outside.

I'm 6'5" in height and queen beds don't work for me. The bunk bed set up is hokey unless you have several kids who are Ok with that. Not a lot of room to sit up and move around. The shower in the top floor bathroom didn’t work so could only use for a bath. The shower on the lower level was dirty and needed to be cleaned before using. Every time we cooked the smoke alarm went off so we had to open the doors/windows whenever cooked making it cold inside.

The heating in the lower level stop working around Christmas day . So we had to bring up one mattress to the second floor. So my boys could stay warm. We didn't want to bother with anyone to come out. It was okay we loved the snow. The view, very cozy We thank you.
