Breakfast bar was great. Lots of yummy choices. Everything was very clean and well organized. Nice clean dining area away from noise and shuffling.

Comfortable queen size beds. Large room. Maid service everyday during our 3 night stay. Large soft bath towels. Hot breakfast was good. Good lighting in parking lot and saw security vehicle pass several times during the night. Staff was friendly. Fast check in.
Pool water was very, very cold. Sofa bed not comfortable. Room smelled a little stuffy. Need an attendant to wipe tables during breakfast. Only saw one attendant all 3 mornings. Gets very busy and trash can was super full.

The pillows were awesome and beds very comfortable. Everything was very clean and staff was helpful, friendly and courteous.

Kendall, the night clerk who checked us in, went above and beyond to help us get settled and organized. She explained parking (I have an unusual vehicle), breakfast times and all other things I asked of her. We travel 35-40 weeks a year, and this was the cleanest hotel I've been in since Covid started. Our room was cleaned daily, and thoroughly, with polite staff every time i saw them. I'm grateful to know there is still exceptional customer service somewhere in the hotel industry!

This is my #1 place to stay in OKC. Love the huge king bed, very comfortable!
