We really enjoyed our stay at the property! The house was super clean!! Everything you need is there and the coffee was great! The fire pit was really nice my kids had a blast making smores. The Host Kevin was very helpful and responsive always answers quickly. Thank you Kevin we look forward to staying again!!

We had a great vacation here! The house was beautiful. It came with all your linens which was so convenient. Also had several kitchen basics including coffee. The community was so wonderful! We had plenty to do there our entire vacation. We only left the community to eat. Our only issue was the check out instructions wanted all linen and towels washed and put in the dryer. With 3 small kids this was just kind of hard because we wanted them to sleep while we got everything packed and cleaned. Most VRBO’s I’ve seen just say to start laundry in the washer. But that was our only issue and we will definitely be back to stay in the future!

We enjoyed our stay. The home was clean, we enjoyed the amenities at the community, and we were relatively close to many area parks and attractions. The HOA fees were a bit high so I'm not sure if we would stay at this lake again, but overall, we enjoyed our stay.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. It was clean and cozy and decorated cute. We really enjoyed the neighborhood and the lake and beaches. We saw lots and lots of deer which was fun. The hosts are easy to reach and respond quickly if you have any questions.

We absolutely loved staying at this property. The owners were easy to communicate with and provided so many extras to make our stay comfortable. The house was clean and adorable. Perfect size for a family of 4- everyone had plenty of space to spread out. The beds were super comfy- which is hard to find!! We loved the community. There was so much to do to keep the kids busy without feeling overwhelmed. We relaxed and loved our week. We can’t wait to come back!

Our family of 3, stayed at this property and loved it! We loved the community filled with beaches, playgrounds, and pools. Loved the fire pit and relaxing on the deck. Would totally stay again and make it a longer visit

Our family loves this house and it suits us perfectly. This was our second time staying in this home, and the first time since Kevin took ownership of it. Kevin made some really nice upgrades that have only made the place better. The kids loved staying downstairs and having their own TV. This home also has central air, which is not in a lot of the available homes in Arrowhead Lake, and we made use of it as it was pretty warm and humid for most of our stay. The living room is comfortable with many streaming options on the TV there. We also enjoyed sitting around the firepit outside on a few different evenings. We're a family of four and were comfortable in this home, though it can easily sleep 7 or 8 people. There's only one bathroom, which may make things trickier at times for bigger groups, but it was fine for us. We're not skiers so we've only visited in the summertime, but we love Arrowhead Lakes and all it, and the area, has to offer for families in the summer, and this home is at a great location to stay in. Kevin is a great host who stayed in contact and sought feedback, which we appreciate as well.

There were lots of great amenities left for us, including lots of coffee/espresso, basic pantry items, soft blankets and lots of streaming options! The owners are so kind and extremely communicative with any questions we had. Although it was winter, we still drove around and explored the community, which has several beaches that are pretty even during the cold months. Thank you guys again for a lovely stay and cant wait to come again!!

The house was very beautiful and cozy. My husband and I had a wonderful, relaxed time. Kevin was such an awesome person to work with. He was very responsive with any questions we had and checked up on us in case we needed anything. I will definitely be visiting again.

This house is well kept and nicely appointed w a modern rustic cabin style. It was perfect for family of four: myself, husband and two 13 yr old boys, who stayed up in the loft area. Was very warm and accommodating. They had many items available that we’ve had to purchase ourselves in rental properties elsewhere, such as toilet paper, paper towels, napkins and food items like condiments, k-cups for Keurig, cleaning supplies and plenty of the necessary dishes and cooking supplies. Also provided were bed linens and bath towels/wash clothes which was nice not to have to lug our own around. There was an issue with the heater in the lower level where the third bunk room is located but we didn’t use that room so wasn’t a big deal. We only used that room as a changing room for our winter gear and stored it in there. The shower head clip was broken upon arrival and the owners had it fixed first thing the next day while we were out which was greatly appreciated. It’s about a 20 min drive to the closest slopes. We would definitely recommend this cute house to others!

My husband and I had such a wonderful time. Kevin was a phenomenal host, always making sure we were ok and ready to answer any questions we may have had. The home was so warm and inviting. we stayed in most of the trip! We will definitely keep this home in mind for the next getaway.

Long Weekend for Ski/Snowboarding at Jack Frost

The home felt spacious, comfortable, and bright, which is what we were looking for. Kitchen was well equipped and had great glassware, utensils pots and pans—we were able to cook a feast for 4 with everything there.
Something that could be improved is the checkout instructions, which request that guests wash and dry the towels + linens they used before checking out. We had a hard time fitting everything in 1 load in time, so we had to leave before the final wash was completed. As a guest that pays for a cleaning fee, I would expect to not need to go to these lengths to check out of a rental, so perhaps this could be revisited by the hosts. Aside from that I would stay here again and highly recommend!

Kevin does an amazing job contacting and solve any problem. We had a delay with our flight and the welcome center is open 24/7 so it was very easy get our card at 2 am. (very kind the staff at the welcome center)
The house is very clean and has everything you need. The instructions are very clear and they make your stay easy.
The house has board games, and PS 4 (we didn't use it because there was to much to do)
There are a lot of places very close to the house to go as park, restaurant (we really like Jubilee), we also enjoy the Lehigh train.
The cabin is really cozy, the fire is warm and there are TVs with Netflix and other options. As they mentioned in the cabin presentation in the website, the house has stairs and, in case you have kids you need to be extra careful because it could be a little be unsafe for them.
I will repeat my stay.

This property lived up to all our expectations. It was updated but didn't lose the cabin coziness we wanted with plenty of space for comfortable living and plenty of perks to make traveling easier. The easy to turn on fireplace saved us from drizzle that prevented an outdoor fire. Coffee pods were provided, many varieties or Expresso. They also have a regular coffee pot in the cupboard. Grab a blanket & snuggle up. After a good night's sleep in the cozy beds, bunks & a twin downstairs, cozy loft has a queen & twin, master queen, plenty of dresser space to unpack. If you get dirty on the trails there is a washer dryer with laundry soap. Plenty of TVs with streaming perks but ignore that & get outside, sit on the deck, we saw deer, turkey & down a side road, a bear. Don't forget to get out & explore the Poconos when you get back if you missed dinner out, everything you need is in the kitchen, after clean up...play some games on the perfect sized table. It will be hard to leave.

Super comfortable home in a great location. Fully equipped kitchen with complementary espresso and coffee pods and comfy furniture. Enjoyed canoeing the lakes and watching the wildlife. This was our first time in the Poconos and hope to come back in the not too distant future. Kevin and Stephanie (new owners) did a great job of communicating including providing a welcome packet pdf and making themselves readily available via text for quick questions. A class act all around.

This property lived up to all our expectations. It was updated but didn't lose the cabin coziness we wanted with plenty of space for comfortable living and plenty of perks to make traveling easier. The easy to turn on fireplace saved us from drizzle that prevented an outdoor fire. Coffee pods were provided, many varieties or Expresso. They also have a regular coffee pot in the cupboard. Grab a blanket & snuggle up. After a good night's sleep in the cozy beds, bunks & a twin downstairs, cozy loft has a queen & twin, master queen, plenty of dresser space to unpack. If you get dirty on the trails there is a washer dryer with laundry soap. Plenty of TVs with streaming perks but ignore that & get outside, sit on the deck, we saw deer, turkey & down a side road, a bear. Don't forget to get out & explore the Poconos when you get back if you missed dinner out, everything you need is in the kitchen, after clean up...play some games on the perfect sized table. It will be hard to leave.

Rejuvenated
Super comfortable home in a great location. Fully equipped kitchen with complementary espresso and coffee pods and comfy furniture. Enjoyed canoeing the lakes and watching the wildlife. This was our first time in the Poconos and hope to come back in the not too distant future. Kevin and Stephanie (new owners) did a great job of communicating including providing a welcome packet pdf and making themselves readily available via text for quick questions. A class act all around.

The house was better than the pictures! We had a great time, and had to spend a lot of time indoors due to cold weather, but the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, a nice fire pit outside, great open layout for congregating, the house had all the tech we needed and comfortable beds! Hope to go back in nicer weather!
