Una gran cocina totalmente equipada conduce a una sala de estar de planta abierta que tiene muchos asientos cómodos para ver las vistas o su programa favorito en el televisor de 48 ". El dormitorio principal tiene una cama doble con luces de lectura a cada lado. Una ventaja adicional con este chalet es que hay una unidad de tocador en el dormitorio principal. El segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales. Hay mucho espacio de almacenamiento en cualquier habitación para ropa, etc.
El frente del chalet tiene las puertas frontales de patio doble de largo y ancho COMPLETO para obtener las máximas vistas del paisaje y las montañas. Justo afuera de estas puertas, estará parado en una plataforma que se extiende a lo largo de 40 pies x 3 m de longitud del chalet y la plataforma delantera se extiende a 12. 5 pies x 4 m, la barbacoa, que utiliza madera / carbón.
Lamentablemente no se permiten mascotas. Solo se permite fumar FUERA del chalet.
La bañera de hidromasaje es un modelo JUNO de spa Bluewhale. Es un modelo para dos personas que tiene asientos gemelos rodeados de chorros de hidromasaje. La bañera está colocada de modo que una persona simplemente se acueste para admirar las vistas sobre las montañas.
También hay 4 bicicletas de empuje en el cobertizo que los huéspedes pueden usar. Estas bicicletas pertenecen a los propietarios, por lo que los huéspedes las usan bajo su propio riesgo.

Enjoyed a great few nights at the Chalet. Wish we had stayed longer. Great communication, easy laundry stop, cozy chalet and perfect location for local walks. Enjoyed the sheep with coffee/drinks on the deck!

We loved the location of this accommodation. We had a great week visiting numerous locations. The property itself was comfortable although we did find the bed a little too firm for our liking. The bed linen and towels although clean could do with some updating. Overall though a really enjoyable week.

The chalet was very clean and had everything we needed. The view over the surrounding countryside is beautiful and makes for a very relaxing stay. We'll definitely be looking to stay again in the future.

Well presented home from home with good facilities between the caravan and site.
Fairly good location for all of the Cairngorms and Inverness etc.
Locally the facilities are also good for shops, fuel and outdoor equipment if needed.

The weather wasn't too great, so we could hardly use the fantastic and huge terrace, but we enjoyed the chalet, with a very nice and large living room.

The chalet was very spacious and had a stunning view. Perfect location with walks straight from Boat of Garten and possibility to explore the Cairngorms.

All you could ask for a short stay, very clean and comfortable property, very well located for exploring the area and a bonus view from the lounge when relaxing after a busy day out.

The owner was excellent...I couldn't figure out the stove and I emailed him, after 5 pm and he emailed back within 5 minutes and within 15 he had someone their to show me how to use it! The location was absolutely beautiful, the quiet country setting. The caravan had everything needed. The little town was charming and felt very safe. Truly a great place to vacation! Bonus: perfect for day trips into the Highlands and the attractions!

Great sized accommodation in a good location in the park. Very handy having two bathrooms and two showers. Heating was quick to heat the whole place now that it's getting chilly again. Ideal location for lots of activities. Would definitely stay again. Good communication with the owner before arrival with all details we would need.

The bath towels were old.
There were no hand towels provided, as they should have been according to the inventory.

No spare toilet rolls were provided. We had to buy extra.
The chalet was not spotlessly clean, especially the en suite toilet along the bottom of the shower door, and the floor edge.
Heating: the boiler did not fire when we turned up the thermostat for heating. The boiler showed an "F 1 fault" (low water pressure). The cause of this was that the water was turned off. We feel that this should have been set up for instant use as no one on the site was prepared to help. It was just trial and error on our part which got it going. When it was working, the heating and the hot water were excellent.

I hope they have a ggod hot tub we paid to much for the acommodation our disability son was upset because he cant use it on his 3 day of stay , poir communication with the owner , we did not enjoy the holiday

The holiday home is in the best location in the park. My only comment is that the single beds are not suitable for adults. Very narrow and short.

Small vacation good staying location
Good communication from David, explained what was needing done to book in and any issues regarding the caravan. The new Wi-Fi was great helped entertain the family when not out venturing. The caravan was perfectly located for what we needed to do in our ventures eg landmark adventure 5 minute drive, the zoo 10 minute drive aviemore itself 10 minute drive. Problem we had it was such a short journey that we couldn’t fit everything in.. the heating within the caravan was great which as we all know this time of year is freezing so it was long heating the caravan up. All utensils were there that was needed and caravan was spacious for family of 4…… let’s just say overall the kids didn’t want to go home which made us happy and wouldn’t hesitate to use David’s caravan in the future. Thanks.

Place is very clean, it has everything you need for a self catering holiday except for salt and pepper :) but there is a shop in the village. We ve communicated very well with the owner, kept us right in a few matters. Hopefully we ll be back in summer when the scenery is different. See you later David 👍.

Lovely clean, warm, comfortable and modern chalet.
Well equipped and the added bonus of a hot tub.
Beautiful views from the large picture windows and hot tub.
Lots of adventures and fun to be had in the wonderful surroundings for all ages.
