Chambre idéalement placée au centre de Sanremo. Literie confortable, salle de bain et décoration générale récente. Petit-déjeuner "à l'italienne" dans un café juste à côté. Le tout pour un prix vraiment réduit.

Il faut connaître à l'avance son heure d'arrivée approximative car l'accueil n'est pas possible sur une large plage horaire. Mais les échanges par messages et en direct quand nous sommes arrivés ont été très bien. Donc ce n'est pas très grave.

The location in the middle of the center.

The air conditioning was not working and even promised to be fixed it didn’t happen. And the service / communication with the host was not that easy and great. Got one time for check in, not a time slot, resulted in much waiting time.

No hot water, no prior information on this. But instead the threat that if you were not there by the arrival time given by the reception, the booking and the advance payment would be gone. Impossible! Bad internet, always slowing down. Bathroom small. The many positive reviews are very similar. Suspicious.

The check-in here is an absolute joke, but not funny ! others have had similar experiences going by the reviews so to be honest I was prepared for some difficulty but even so, the attitude of the owner/receptionist was astoundingly bad, rude in the extreme, Basil Fawltyesque without the comedy, for those that are familiar with the British TV show, Fawlty Towers. We received numerous messages by text, WhatsApp and E-mail, instructing us, and totally over-emphasising the point that we must give a precise check-in time in advance, before eventually being offered either 11.30am or 6pm. The previous day we had driven over 500 miles, and such a ridiculous requirement would have been totally unacceptable. However, as it happened, the previous evening we had stayed at the Natzoniale Hotel in San Remo, a few hundred yards away, the check-out time there was 12 midday, so 11.30 suited us well. My partner enjoyed a lie-in at the Natzionale, while I popped down the street at 11.30 to be met by one of the most unfriendly and unwelcoming hosts I have ever encountered in over 40 years travelling around the world !! Immediately she demanded my passport, which I the. realised I thought I had left at the other hotel, I told the woman I would be a few minutes as I had to pop back down the road, she immediately informed me if I was not back within 5 minutes, she would be leaving and would only return at 6pm !! Fortunately, after a quick search, I then found I did in fact have my passport with me, even so an extremely unpleasant experience, I would be very surprised if this establishment receives many return bookings, it certainly will not from me !!

Check process, owner requires you to book an appointment time to check in. The time has to suit the owner rather than the customer.

The location was great, the bed comfortable and the room was a good size. The cleaning service was good

We were asked to pay only in cash where it said clearly that they accept cards so we were not prepared with cash, my mother who is 80 had to go and find an atm. There was not a coffee machine in the room as stated it was a shared one in the hall way. The toilet seat was loose and the shower door broken.

I appreciated the fact that Sanremo Inn is in the city center and it is perfectly clean, with broad cozy rooms.

I would have liked more flexibility with check-in time because people work and maybe they cannot reach the property until a certain hour.

The room was spacious, with a balcony on the main pedestrian street - nice view. Ca 15min from the Sanremo train station, ca 5min from a shop and sea. Fridge. Included breakfast at a cafe nearby - a drink (coffee, tea, orzo) and a small bite (focaccia, farinata). Coffee machine, tea bags in the lobby.

The checkin only until 19h and our train was late, so we were nervous even though the staff gave us 30min bonus.

Location! The rooms! The stay feels like a realy good Boutique Hotel.

Had be even better with a Nespresso machine in each room!

It is the second time we have stayed at the hotel. We like everything. Clean, organized, cozy room with everything we need for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend. Thank you Sanremo inn.
