Nous avons apprécié l’emplacement de l’hôtel, l’accueil par le voiturier très sympathique, la propreté et la qualité de la nourriture.

Le restaurant est super bondé et très bruyant. Pas de distanciation sociale et on se bat pour trouver une table. C’est vraiment dommage.

Affordable, cheap I can say, food and variety of food, very nice staff... In fact, everything was deluxe.

YouTube was not available on TV, my child didn't like it. So we didn't use TV at all.

Central location. Next to the beach.

Beach is not in the hotel. You need to wake up at 6 am and book seats for the beach. Each room can get 2 seats which doesn’t make any sense for the rooms with 4 people. Sauna was closed. Parking space for cars is limited

The food were good enough and a lot.The service and the staff in the bar/pool was amazing.The location very good.

The staff in the reception was very bad.The parking is about a Km from the hotel and the transportation fron the hotel to the parking and from the parking to the hotel was terrible bad !!! Just one car that can take only 4 people at once ,so sonetimes you have to wait a 30 minutes for the transportstion !!! The water in the shower came out to all the floor of the bathroom.There is no enough soap.The safe box was without battery.The turn to the restaurant was ridicolous, and you have to wait 15-30 minutes to enter the restaurant.

Very good price/quality ratio. The location of the hotel is perfect, near the beach. Cleanliness is maintained to a high standard. The rooms are spacious and renovated. No insects, no mould in the room, no outdated furniture or unpleasant smell. Very tasty and diversified food, without any exaggeration. Free parking. We will definitely come back.

The water in the pool was extremely cold, I would have liked it if it had been heated a bit. We had to wait approx 5-10 minutes in the queue to enter the restaurant for dinner.

1st, autopark is a big trouble. there is a limited car parking space inside the hotel, and no one knows that who and what they decide which car will park inside the hotel. Maybe value of cars talk or only European plate number cars. 2nd, when I have seen people who are in lobby in long queue every morning for free sunbed and umbrella I am shocked people wait like 45 mins, then hotel says, sorry free entrance cards unfortunately finished for beach. It's really like a joke. I paid Hotel like 1500 eur for 4 nights, and paid every day for beach entrance as well. Foods quality not acceptable Mexican night, foods are not Mexican Turkish night foods are not Turkish I feel so sorry about all people who prefer this hotel for vacation including us.

Everything! Exactly like in the pictures, clean and nice. The food was plenty and good. The room was nice and was cleaned everyday. What I liked the most, was the amiability of the staff. All of them had impeccable comportment. Very friendly, professional and always smiling.

Not having enough sunbeds for all the rooms, moreover, allowing people to get 'tickets' for the sunbeds for multiple rooms by bringing the key cards, instead of needing a person per room to arrive for the ticket.
