I don't like to post negative reviews but in this case I decided to do so. We traveled in a group of 4 - Mexicans and Canadians and we all were disaappointed. We arrived late but made the host aware. For arriving after 11 we had to pay late arrival fee of 150. After paying 2000 of deposit – we haven't received any receipt. Internet was very weak, didn't work at our rooms at all. Last night it was gone totally, zero wifi and they couldn't restart router as it was in some other guests room. Super stressful for us as it was the night we had to book our covid tests before return to Canada. And the worst - the place was not well maintained; or saying it straight - dirty. First night – pillow covers smelled bad; The towels were so old they were grey and badly torn. Bed linens- yellowish. After we complied they were replaced. Cleaning – only superficial. Faucets in the bathroom were untouched during all our stay. When one of the toilets stop flushing the owner hasn’t reacted to a text message nor repaired it all day long. It was finally fixed the second day after when we reported again to some lady (supposedly owner’s mother) There is only one phone number you can contact at the place and Rafa - the owner was not there for the most of the time. In the next door hotel/ restaurant there were super loud parties: discos, weddings each night but one – so loud that it was hard to stay outdoor and even talk. It will be nice to have this information on their website. This place has a great potential but definitely needs better maintenance.

I really liked the confortable bed and the bathroom was very nice ; the shower door and the 2 sinks. and the view from the little bar and patio its great.

The internet did not work the whole 5 days we were there. The pool was dirty and there were a lot of cats hanging around the property.
