Esta casa está ubicada en el hermoso lago Hartwell. Estamos justo al lado de la carretera interestatal para un acceso conveniente a todo, pero lo suficientemente lejos para que no haya ruido. La Universidad de Clemson está a menos de 30 minutos, la Universidad de Georgia a menos de una hora. La casa tiene casi 5000 pies cuadrados de sala de estar con una gran terraza con vista al lago. La gran sala es enorme y cuenta con techos altos y una chimenea de leña de piso a techo. Hay una gran terraza con vistas al lago con una barbacoa de gas. Abajo hay otra casa completa! Una sala de estar completa con mesa de air hockey y otra chimenea de leña y una cocina completa y sala de estar. El salón de la planta baja tiene una mesa de air hockey para la diversión familiar. También hay una sala de billar con bar. Hay una mesa de ping pong en el porche de abajo. Hay un muelle y dos muelles personales para embarcaciones. La caminata hacia el lago es gradual y se realiza por un camino pavimentado. Hay una zona de playa con sombra y una zona al aire libre para hacer un incendio. Hay un gran patio delantero para juegos en la zona cubierta de hierba. Esta casa esta totalmente equipada. Tenemos un kayak y varias tablas de paddle para el entretenimiento. Hay servicio directo de televisión y excelente servicio de wifi. Hay 5 televisores, dos en las salas de estar y tres en las habitaciones. La ubicación en el lago es perfecta. Cerca de Harbor Light Marina y varias rampas para botes. ¡Tendrás unas excelentes vacaciones!

The property was just as described and in a great neighborhood. There was plenty of space to spread out and the house was well outfitted. The pool table was definitely a highlight in the evenings. The owners were responsive and helpful. All in all, everyone was very happy with our week on the lake!

Excellent location, very large home with 2 kitchens and refrigerators AND large dining table with lots of chairs. Great lake access with nice beach and dock. We had a wonderful time with our family. Host is very responsive. Our second visit and hope to return again.

The house was very nice for our family. We had plenty of space and having the second living area was great. Deck was very nice and there were plenty of chairs. Lake was beautiful and concrete path down was great. We really enjoyed the beach and easy access to the water. We would stay there again but unfortunately looks like the house is for sale.

Great location for bringing your boat and jet ski plus having a private dock made it even better. The house was perfect and having its own beach area was awesome especially if you have children.

The property is beautiful! The views are so wonderful. The dock is great too. The house is fully stocked with everything you will need. Pool room, many TV's for college football, ping pong table, floats, kayaks, everything you need to have a great time.
Chris was easy to talk to and very open to communicating. We rented a pontoon from a marina just a short drive from the property. We fished, lounged, ate and had a wonderful time. We spent a lot of time at the dock and on the generous deck. We hope to be back next year.

We rented this house for a week. The house was clean and well put together. There was 7 of us and plenty of space. Kitchen well stocked with utensils, dishes, pans etc. Everything was thought of which was nice as we did cook in often. I have to say that the most memorable thing I will have about this lakehouse vacation were the beds. Everyone in my family couldn't get over how comfortable the beds were. If you have rent as many vacation homes as we have you know this is not always the case. Never slept better! The location of this house was wonderful. In a nice neighborhood and very close to marina which was nice since we rented pontoon boat for the week. Highly recommend this house to people as you surely will enjoy your stay. As for communication with the owner I have no clue. We never once needed to call as everything was perfect.

This home is awesome for large groups. The kitchen is well stocked and open to dining area with huge table. All bedrooms on main level have king size beds that are very comfortable. The downstairs is huge with a secondary kitchen and tons of extra sleeping area. The pool room is lots of fun when you need a break from the sun. The sunroom is a great place to hang out, play ping pong and enjoy the swings overlooking the lake. The private beach is wonderful and relaxing. Dock is great. We brought our ski boat and rented a pontoon and had plenty of room for both boats. This was our second stay at this house and we’re already planning our third visit. Chris is an amazing host and responded to any need or question we had. This beautiful home has everything you need to fully enjoy your vacation at Lake Hartwell!!

We rented this house to accommodate our family and friends who were celebrating our oldest daughter's graduation from Clemson. The house was fantastic. There was so much room for everyone to spread out. We were able to cook for a crowd instead of having to go out to eat. The "kids" loved being in the water off the dock (no boat...just used floaties, paddleboards, noodles at the house) and playing pool and air hockey. The drive to Clemson was easy. The view on the deck was beautiful. It was so nice to be able to have everyone we loved in the same place at the same time. All in all, we made a lot of great memories and had a great time celebrating this milestone.

That needs to be mentioned because I have stayed in homes that looked great, but the beds were not. The two kitchens made our Thanksgiving week so easy to prepare meals for 10. That needs to be mentioned because I have stayed in homes that looked great, but the beds were not. The two kitchens made our Thanksgiving week so easy to prepare meals for 10. We made it safe because we were trying to outrun hurricane Ian. No problem and the weather was great. Just cool crisp air under the shade trees. Beautiful, clean lake and well stocked with any kind of fish you could want. The home was more than spacious. We caught fish and fried them for dinner one night. The well-stocked kitchen had all amendities needed for many meals. There was plenty of seating for the entire family at the long dining table. We added a few decoratons of fall colors , pumpkins, and candles. The candles added a warm golden sheen against the shiny wood on the table...beautiful! At night, the lighted walkway down to the lake was fun. The fenced in yard was a plus. We brought a Bocce Ball set and played in the front yard (level and plenty of room). Others had a great time playing games downstairs and also in the Billiard room. The most fun was renting a pontoon. We road up the river and fished one day and down the next. What can I say, we lacked for nothing!!
Everyone enjoyed the home immensely and planning a trip back.

We rented for Fall Break. Everything about this home was perfect! More than enough room, we had 3 families and still had plenty of room! The kids loved the loft room. All beds were super comfortable! The private beach area was awesome!! Only negative thing was the 2 Clemson blankets 😉 Go Dawgs! Will definitely rent again!!!

We stayed here with another family and had a great time. Lots space and located very near to Harbor Lights Marina. Enjoyed the games in the basement and watching our favorite teams on the large TV in the living room when the weather wasn't cooperating. Beds were super comfy, too.
