The suite was roomy, the kitchen was well equipped and the bed was super comfortable.

It was a little closer to the busy part of town than I would have liked. However that did make it convenient for groceries, restaurants, etc.

Great location near the center of San Pedro. Easy walk to San Pedro Belize Express Water Taxi dock and close to air strip. Steps from the beach. Suites are large with full kitchen and living room/dining room, working A/C for those extra hot days and free TV.

Not in front of this hotel, but there is a lot of seaweed on the beach. The cleanup crews were hard at work trying to get rid of it, as it smells as it dries.

SunBreeze is close to everything we needed. The staff is exceptional! Kenry and Manuel were the best!

Property and beach were both great. The sea grass that washes up on other properties was not present due to the extended sea wall.

Pool was very small for kids to play in but refreshing to cool off in fo r the parents.

The best thing about this place is the location! The staff is WONDERFUL as well. We usually stay in condo-style places north and south on the island, but with what our plans were and the 1st-time Belizers, this was ideal. Perfect compromise! Close to everything in town, a semi-private very clean beach area, and nice pool! Staff at the on-site restaurant/bar were excellent too.

I wish there was better clean drinking water access. The water spout for clean drinking water is in the hallway. Threw me off a little...

the location was perfect. you don’t need to rent a golf cart. it’s 2 blocks from the water taxi and plenty of food and beach to hang out on. we did the excursion with the amigos company right next door. top notch.

it would be nice if filtered water was in the rooms but on each floor hallway was nice!

The staff was exceptional! The rooms were spotless..cleaned every day top to bottom.

The bar was off center of courtyard with pool. The noise from that echoed to the rooms. The positive note is they did close things down by 10:00 pm

absolutely fantastic resort in San Pedro. Rooms were very clean, the view of the ocean was fantastic and the staff was extremely helpful in arranging trips and golf carts, and all the usual stuff. If you want to stay at a very nice resort without breaking the bank, this would be a great place to do so in San Pedro. Absolutely fantastic!

Beautiful and comfortable accommodations in a lovely setting. The staff were so friendly and helpful. A good value for the money.

We had a beautiful oceanfront room. The pool is small. The location is very close to the water shuttle and close to lots of restaurants.

Location downtown was great!

The tile floors collected the humidity and created slippery floor unless we kept the AC up high which was not comfortable. The space is much smaller than photos suggest. We were not impressed with pool or restaurant.

Right next to Ocean Ferry dock. In town close to everything. Balcony great with view of ocean. Facilities very well maintained and updated.

Good location, easy to walk around town from the hotel. Room included a kitchen where we could cook our own meals. Room was very spacious. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Air conditioning didn’t work well in the bedroom. The living room was significantly cooler than the bedroom. Kitchen was not well stocked, not even salt and pepper to use. Pool is extremely small and the beach is not very nice at the hotel.

I loved that it was small and not over crowded. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I would absolutely stay here again.

We loved our stay at Sunbreeze. The location was perfect for us, easy to walk to all the different restaurants and along the beach. Staff were helpful with booking snorkeling trips and golf cart rental for a day. Staff went above and beyond keeping the property clean.

This is our second visit to Sunbreeze Suites. Location is great, suites are great, staff is great. We will be back!

The only negative regarding this accommodation is that the pool is quite small and doesn’t get a lot of sun, but they do provide loungers out on the dock for sunning. We did enjoy the pool as it was very refreshing in the heat of the day and we were usually the only ones in it.

Fantastic location. Right on the ocean front and lot's of sand! Numerous places to eat/drink and facility has its own small open-air restaurant/bar. No need to rent a golf cart.

Tiny pool that wasn't very inviting.

The sofas in the living room. I didn't find them comfortable.
