Amenities..ac were down,had to change 3 rooms to get ac that works..

whole house is old and showing its age. kitchen was there but without utensils. windows had no handles. only 1 of 3 tv worked. restaurant is there but had to get food from somewhere else and we should pay delivery fee

Hotel infrastructure (humidity in the walls, construction works were not finished and the windows didn’t seal properly leaving the outside noise to enter the room at any time, furniture old and used, etc)

There were AC in the room, the bed was really comfortable and the view from the window was also nice. The hotel is close to the sights and the ferry port.

I mostly liked the service and the team in general. Lucy from the reception was very helpful in everything and he made sure my long time stay was good and comfortable as much as she could. I liked the fact that she usually checked on me in the morning to see if am okay and woke up for my duties. Shes just a good person to have at the front desk.

There was no smoking area

Breackfast was very nice,and staffs concerned were cooperative ,the location is superb

The room I stayed had a bad smell at the time I entered!
