We love the heated pool, jakim certified halal restaurants, comfy bed, spacious room and shuttle bus services!

Gosh please upgrade your lift services. I waited for half an hour to get into the lift because of full occupancy each time doors were opened. The were only 2 functional lifts to cater up to 29 floors, crazy!

Our entire experience with Awana Resorts was outstanding. My wife and I were blown away at the beauty of the view, the staff service provided and the culinary delights offered.

We could not fault anything.

the size of the room is relatively big and spacious with a cute balcony to enjoy the outdoor breeze., the location is great which is near the GPO (with shuttle provided). the breakfast buffet was delicious and at an affordable price, and the whole ambiance was great. a good choice for families. and a bonus point to the hotel for providing water dispenser along the corridor so we can always refill our water anytime we want 👍

the hotel room amenities was abit old and outdated. maybe its time to revamp the rooms interior esp the bathroom

Too crowded

Room was good with a beautiful view. Breakfast was good. We took burgers from one of the restaurants and it was good as well.

Check in took some time. We could hear the noise from other rooms, so it would have been better if the room was sound proof.
