the staff are super UN professional and for 700/800$ a night this is UN acceptable. We had to explain the most basic things over and over again

Excellent staff - very nice and helpful.

Breakfast was excellent. Very good service. Many waiters all smiling and happy to offer us more drinks/cheese/dessert. They were all fantastic. Keep it up! Also the front desk person who checked us in (David - I think or Daniel?). He was wonderful. Very helpful extremely sweet and caring. He called us a cab and made sure we did not miss it. He also made sure we were comfortable in our room multiple times. He is a fantastic employee and you should make sure to credit him for our enjoyable stay!

The food is excellent, very tasty and served individually and beautifully to each table. This is not a buffet style hotel but more of a restaurant with excellent service and food! The location is right by the beautiful beach of Moshav Shavey Zion, a quiet and beautiful beach. The hotel offers a serene vibe, from the hammocks spread out in the garden, the greenery surrounding the buildings and paths and the spa complex with a heated pool.

I personally don't like that the shower is built half open and water leaked out every time wetting the entire bathroom floor. This could be fixed but is not a deal breaker and didn't disturb my stay.

Great staff, good food and clean!
