掃除が行き届いて綺麗でした。 家にいる感じでとてもくつろげました！

駅から近くで近所にスーパー、コンビニ、銭湯もあり大変便利、長期滞在だったので掃除機、洗濯機と洗剤まで用意してあり助かりました！　

2階だったため外階段が急なのでお子様は気をつけて

駅からも近くスーパー、コンビニもすぐ行ける距離で布団やベッドも清潔感がありオーナー様もとても親切でした。ひと通りの設備にも満足でしたし洗濯機まであり連泊する方には快適でお得感があると思います。高齢の母も一緒でしたがとにかく心地よく3泊過ごせました♪また東京観光の際にはぜひ利用したいです！

しいて言えば電車の音が多少気になる位でしたが個人的にはこのお値段でなら全然問題ないと思いました。

I got a whole apartment for myself. Check in/out feels very private: I didn't see anyone during the entire stay.

It's right next to train tracks. And these tracks are busy: there is literally another train before you finish thinking about how annoying the last train was. It's not just the sound either, it's the shaking. It's like a minor earthquake simulator and it's always on except from like midnight to 5am or so. There were a total of three beds, all of which were louder than even the trains. I didn't know beds could squeak so loud and for so little movement. I ended up solving the issue by taking the mattress off the bed and putting it on the floor. Wouldn't have been able to sleep without doing that (and neither could've the people in the apartments around me). Walls are so thin it sounds like there is someone in the apartment with you when they try to figure out their squesky bed. It's an old house. If you go during the winter, prepare for the authentic Japanese experience where inside feels like outside. Most likely you will have one warm room and the others will be cold (unless you're feeling like testing the AC's limits).

駅から近く近くにコンビニもあったし安く泊まれて助かりました。

二階の方の痰が絡んだ、えずく音、話声、足音が非常にうるさくて気になって寝れませんでした。 電車はかなりの数が通るので田舎の静かなのに慣れているとうるさいと思います。

El lugar está bien, la ubicación es buena, aunque sí está un poco lejos del centro de Tokio. Tiene tiendas cerca y el metro está a 4 minutos caminando. El barrio es muy tranquilo y la gente del lugar muy amable

Las camas y las colchonetas no eran muy cómodas, la regulación del agua de la regadera en la habitación de arriba era difícil, agua muy fría o muy caliente. El WC de abajo, extremadamente pequeño (casi no podías cerrar la puerta). Las vías del metro están muy cerca por lo que si tienes el sueño ligero, eso será un inconveniente
