Location and large room

Pool deck didn’t have any shade.

Location was excellent. Walking distance to many attractions. good restaurants close by as well as access to the markets. also close to retail shopping areas. The room was well appointed, clean and the beds comfy. Staff were very helpful.

Breakfast. Whilst the quality of food was good, the "a la carte" nature of breakfast made it a lengthy process and the initial tray supplied had many items not required (too many pastries, rolls and coffee - which only one of four of us used). We would have preferred a buffet breakfast but realise space could be a problem. The breakfast staff were accommodating and brough more fruit when requested.

The bed was shot, as a result delta with lower back pain entire stay. Bathroom grout around shower and bathroom floor could use a little bleaching.

Fantastic!! Would stay here again. Wonderful location and beautiful spacious rooms. The staff and pool were fabulous!

They offer a one hour free guided walk around the old town. The guide was incredibly knowledgeable and interesting. We learned so much about the history of Barcelona.

The location was excellent. Walkable within gothic quarter and to metro. Room was very quiet even though area was busy all day. Breakfast options and service were good. Room was clean and comfortable.

nothing to complain about other than we weren’t fond of the pillows but that’s a personal preference.

Location was everything, next to the Cathedral, within 20 min walk to the Sagrada, Ramblas was a 5 min walk, and the waterfront about 10 min walk. Exactly where you want to be in Barcelona.

Noise, and not street noise, it was all hotel - elevators (yes, I could hear them going up and down), the doors all slam, there is zero sound muffling so everything little thing can be heard. Needless to say we barely slept.

great staff….easy walk everywhere….barre gothic is the only place to stay….early 5pm wine o’clock and a free walking tour awesome inclusions

room lighting was a little inadequate, street facing rooms probably nicer outlook.

The perfect hotel in the Gothic quarter, it's a 100 feet from the cathedral and right in the middle of every activity, a beautiful all glass bar and dining room. The rooms are very spacious and the staff is very, very friendly. It really is the perfect hotel to stay while in barcelona.
