very clean with a lovely staff.

pretty noisy especially the hissing air compressor from the adjacent gas station car wash, which started at 7:15.

The staff was great, very friendly and helpful. The place is super well located, very safe area, very quiet, and has easy access to public transportation. I rented in Pinheiros, Jaguares, El centro historico, and this modest residential in Liberdade neighbourhood was the best. Lots of places to eat around as well. I 100 % recommend it for solo travelers.

The Internet connection wasn't good which was a bit of an irritating inconvenience. My staying there was short this time so not much to complain about it but definitely, I would like to come back and find out this issue has been solved. I did not like either the swimming pool. It seems a wee neglected.

The people of the staff are really friendly and welcoming! It's about 2km walk from the subway station, but there's always busses stops around, which was really good. There's supermakerts nearby and a 24hour bank machine.

One thing that I was disapointed with, was the fact that there's no sockets near the bed. Idk if it was only in my room or in the others too... And also there's no microwave.

The internet from the first day doesnt work as well i was making restart the router then works for 10 minutes and again it falls..when i speak this to reception they say yes now we will fix..it pass around 10 hours and the internet falls totally now doesnt work even for one minute not even appear to my pc smartphone etc.i speak again for this problem and they say if you want internet go rent another house...and all this at the moment that i already pay..very bad experience for someone that needs internet or work with it

Staff... Excellent and always willing to help with anything. Seriously, I was impressed and would plan a stay there again.
