Wonderful sense of hospitality and a property kept with love! Vivienne and Manu are lovely and very helpful and the night manager makes a great G&T 😉. Pretty and calm location close to the center. Excellent breakfast with local produce. Loved every moment!

The hotel is well located within close proximity to shops, resturants & a short stroll to the beach.
The staff are friendly, helpful & accommodating. Manuella, Bruno & Viviana were informative & knowledgeable about the area, places to visit, even explaining the best time of day to visit certain areas & best modes of transportation.
They let us drive our hire car into the main front entrance, so we could unload our luggage before parking on the street, which was an added bonus for us as we had a lot of luggage to unload.
Breakfast was enjoyable & is ala cart so you just order off the menu whatever you like & they bring it to you. Breakfast was lovely, located in the front main garden area.
Our room was spacious, bathroom was lovely with a huge shower. We had a big balcony with a table, chairs, bean bag & clothes drying rack. We were provided with 2 bottles of water in the fridge as well as a bottle of Prosecco as we were celebrating our honeymoon.
I requested an iron & ironing board upon arrival which was quickly accommodated.
We will tell our family & friends about our experience at this hotel.

Beautiful, clean and comfortable hotel with a perfect location, just outside of the noisy streets but very close to everything. Delicious breakfast and super friendly and helpful staff, especially Manuela and Bruno!

The staff was amazing. Bruno, Viviana, Alessia, Manuela and Bouchra were all very helpful, kind and offered great service. Bruno hooked us up at a great and affordable restaurant on a very busy Saturday night. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant.

it’s a small boutique hotel , very elegant with extra touch on everything. Pots with herbs in the garden, lemon tree, real china thin cups for coffee, perfect breakfast. Each room has a name. Very sweet we stay in Margarita. Super helpful staff.

Most of the staff was very welcoming and helpful. On our last day, we found the staff less welcoming and a bit surly. Could have just been a bad day for them! Breakfast was lovely and very good.
The Hot tub was not working, and it seemed that some things were still being opened or worked on so things were a bit disjointed.

So surprised to see I was one block away from the center of town and all the activities I wanted to be at. It was a beautiful little hotel hidden around a corner from the town. Little bit of extra driving to get there but worth it. Staff was great.

The hotel is lovely. Small, quiet, charming, and clean, with a good staff. located in a nice neighborhood close to the center of the town. We liked the marble curved staircase and the three beautiful windows with views in our superior double.
The breakfast arrangement is a little confusing and perhaps overpriced via booking.com.

In particular all the staff were super friendly and very helpful. The location was perfect for us, very close to the heart of Santa Margherita but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful.

The hotel is a beautiful establishment with a very nice garden for a lovely breakfast offered and located just 100mtrs from the centre. Excellent service and comfortable bed completes the picture. Definitely staying there next time we decide to come to Santa Margherita Ligure.
The double bed was slightly small compared to what we are used to.

This hotel was a wonderful place to stay! The location was extremely close to all the happenings in town. Also the transport to the private beach was simple, quick, and efficient. The staff was very kind and accommodating and breakfast was yummy
I wish breakfast was included, almost every other hotel i've stayed at offers complimentary. It could be nice to offer a service that schedules a private taxi from the train station upon request, we had to wait 20 mins in rain to flag one down on the street
