Location was very good. Staff and parking facility was good. No free breakfast. We paid and had b/f. Dinner also good. I recommend you to stay there for wonderful location. Just in front of Brindhavan beauty garden.

Room cleanliness can be improved.

The location - Brindavan gardens. property felt like a normal oyo

They did not allow us to go outside of the hotel at the night. They said it is not allowed by the govt. to let people of near the garden. But then we saw many people & families roaming around thr Park from the other neighbouring hotel.

A very nice government hotel in Brindavan Gardens, Mysore. The rooms are really spacious and the location is heavenly. Everything is very neat and clean and the staff are very helpful and friendly. We had a really nice trip and the kids had a lot of fun at the Gardens. Evenings are really beautiful outside.

Out of the three rooms we booked ACs in two of them either stopped working or malfunctioned and the technician didn't do much to repair them. But on a positive note the manager did Refund the amount for one room and charged the other as NON-AC room. So it wasn't totally bad. Still we all had to move in one room and share which was inconvenient.

maintenance very poor. The flush was leaking and the basin was clogged. The restaurant staff were friendly but all other staff did not care. They close the doors by 10:30 and are extremely rude if you come later. more like a hostel.

The location is exceptional - inside the Gardens. The room appeared to have been newly renovated and was spotless. I liked the large balcony overlooking the gardens. The restaurant has simple & tasty fare.

If you are getting there beyond the garden visiting hours then reaching the hotel can get confusing.
