We had a great time in this home. It accommodated all of us well and was as listed.

Love the community, location was prime, house overall was nice however there was a couple things that we hoped would be better. The primary bed in the main floor bedroom was very uncomfortable. It was very used and at night you could fall off of it because the springs in the mattress were very worn out. The garage pool table area was very hot and didn’t have any air conditioning so playing pool was very warm. Overall, we would recommend this place to anyone but think the house could use a but more of a walk through prior to new guests coming.

Great home for families or large groups. Plenty of space and great pool and location. Would recommend to any one. Would definitely book again.

We had a wonderful time staying at the property! Kids loved playing pool and air hockey every day. They also enjoyed having their own bathroom in every bedroom. The I-4 interstate was a bit of a beast, but nothing you can do about that! Would definitely stay again.

The house was great had a great location to everything. It was a little warm at night. The thermostat can not be turned down below 72 so it was a little uncomfortable for sleeping.

We all found Paul & Sue's villa perfect for our needs. It is extremely well kept, and a cut above your standard holiday rental. The furnishings were stylish and good quality. The pool area was south facing and very private with the mature planting around the outside of the caged area. Plenty of seating for all 5 of our party. We found the villa to be spotless - the owners have a really good management company. We have stayed on this same development before, and I would say that this villa is better positioned than some of the other. The bedrooms are well laid out, 3 with very large comfortable beds which suited us as a party of 5 adults. The 4th & 5th bedrooms were spacious too, both with 2 single beds each, with a bathroom between them, although we didn't need to use these bedrooms. Communication with the owner was speedy & faultless. We will definitely return to this villa when next visiting Orlando.

We stayed for two weeks in September in this lovely villa in Haines City, there were six adults and one infant who is two and a half years old. It was a great experience with no problems of any kind encountered. The villa was clean, spacious and in a quiet gated community. The females were concerned the pool was too hot for the infant one night and the property manager came and turned it down the next morning. This is a villa we will definitely use again.

After having another rental cancelled on me a week before my trip, I found this property - coincidentally as the owners had also had a renter cancel. The booking process was effortless and I quickly received a message from the owners that the reservations was confirmed. This was followed a few days later with full arrival and check-in details. On arrival we found the home is situated in a quiet, secure development and the property itself looked beautiful from the outside. One of the things I look for when renting a home in Florida is the decor, as many now seem run down with owners not having kept them up to date. This wasn't the case with this property, as the interior was fresh and modern looking. I was also pleased to find some supplies were left for us, like washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper and so on; this hasn't always been the case with other homes I've rented. There was plenty of bedroom space for our party, with the master suite downstairs and four bedrooms upstairs - two doubles and two twin. Air conditioning was welcome in the draining Florida heat and humidity. One minor issue is that this doesn't work too well in the master suite... noticed that this had been mentioned in other reviews and was hoping that it had been fixed by the time we arrived but it wasn't the case. However, this wasn't a huge issue. The games room is a bit dated but to be honest I never really use these in Florida homes as they are always in converted garages which aren't air conditioned, therefore too hot to spend too much time in. Outside, the pool area is lovely and spacious with plenty of table and chair space (the cushions could do with updating though), as well as shaded areas. I was impressed to find a television on the wall outside by the pool, however this always struggled to pick up a wifi signal, so the streaming stick never worked that well. Around the pool area are plenty of bushes and trees, so you have great privacy and are not overlooked. Overall I was delighted with the property and an added bonus was that we were able to check out later than the advertised time at no extra charge. Thank you to Paul and Sue and their property management team for allowing this - it's very handy when you have a later flight that day. Thoroughly recommend this property and will definitely consider again when we come back to Florida.

Was a pretty nice house with lots of space and an amazing pool. The master bedroom on the ground level was a little on the hot side but the rooms upstairs were ice cold which was necessary after being out in the florida heat. Neighborhood was quiet and in a good area. Overall we enjoyed our week in Florida besides the heat which we were not used to or ready for. We will look for this house again if we ever come back.

This home is very cozy! We had a easy check in and can stay in touch with the owner! This 5 bedroom home is a wonderful stay for a nice size family! The game room is a little hot to play any games, the downstairs bedroom is pretty warm and there wasn't a deck out back like it was posted, but those things didn't stop us from enjoying ourselves. We overlooked these problems and still made it a great time! We even extended our stay and that was an easy process! The pool was very relaxing and didn't need the pool heat! Our overall experience was excellent. We had some problems with the wifi at first, but this was not the fault of the property owner. First of all, the place was ready early and was very clean. The poolyard is perfectly landscaped....the best in the neighborhood. The pool is secluded and we paid to keep it at 90 degrees. We also rented a grill for the month and used it a lot. There is no bbq grill on site. The bathrooms and bedrooms were in perfect condition. The kitchen was very clean and had more than enough dishes and utensils for us. It also had an older coffee maker that did the trick. Lowes and Walmart are nearby and so are a couple of restaurants. However, anything more than fast food is limited and gets busy very early. The owners were in constant communication with us once they worked out their issues with VRBO. They provided advice and guidance and made sure our stay was comfortable. Yes....I would stay at this location again. We had adults and kids and everyone seemed to really enjoy the house, properly and location.

I have been coming to Davenport for almost 20 years for thanksgiving and decided to try something different. I was disappointed with some of the previous homeowners not keeping up their properties, thus I rented in Haines city! I was not disappointed. The home was so beautiful! It was crisp and clean with tile throughout the home. The home had great beds, thus we were afforded good rest!! The neighborhood was gated, quite and minutes from Walmart, Winn Dixie, Publixs, DG, Verizon, a nail shop and tons of restaurants!! These owners are hands on and available as well as their PM company. You won’t be disappointed!!

The pictures don't really do it justice. Our favorite part was the privacy of the pool area. While there were other nearby properties that were similar, this home had lush greenery and landscaping surrounding the lanai that made it seem like you had your own private oasis. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a great property for a family reunion/vacation. Our 6 adults and 3 children had more than enough space. The kids loved the game room. The adults AND the kids had a wonderful time using the pool. The pool deck area and landscaping were first rate. The neighborhood is very nice. The manned security gate lent a feeling of security. While the neighborhood itself is situated well away from BUSY US Route 27, you have to access the home via that highway. That was the only negative and it certainly wouldn’t dissuade me from renting again. Highly recommended.

From start to finish our stay at this home was hands down a great find!!!! We experienced easy booking, thorough communication with the homeowners, superb location and the home was exceptionally clean and comfortable with everything you could possibly need. We could go on and on about how nice it is but I think anyone reading this review should just book this home and experience it for themselves as you won't be disappointed. I know there was a previous review about the air-conditioning but we did not experience any issues at All. Thank You Paul and Sue for opening up your Villa for others to share. We will definitely be back as we will be coming back to this area for the next few years.
