Only good thing that i felt was about the nearby restaurant named "Alibaba and 41 dishes" and it is just 2step away from the stay
Stayed there for 2 days and its cost around rs 6800. We stayed in a suit room which provides a balcony, but the balcony views are so pathetic. The staffs are not well trained and while check in they ask for the full amount to pay. The bathroom door was broken

Near center of Munnar. The manager was very responsive to any complain we had.
Not so expensive compared to the hotel prices at Munnar but it is not a good value compared to other hill stations. I would have preferred paying extra to stay in a better place. The photos at the website look far better than what the actual hotel and rooms are.
