The support by the owners was exceptional. I had unexpected difficulties with my trip, and the owners were extremely helpful to sort things out. You never get that kind of support in any hotel, even for three time the price.

The apartment was well-appointed. The bed was comfortable. Ample linens and towels were supplied. The a/c worked well. The balcony and rooftop provided ample outdoor space to take in views of the city, sea and mountain. The location is also good as it is close to numerous bus stops.

The apartment is well located near the Hadar downtown area. It is 10-15 minute walk to the Baha'i Gardens, but you can easily get around with Bus #115 in less than 5 minutes. The bed was very uncomfortable, but after messaging the owner we were given a brand new firm mattress and that made the whole stay much more comfortable and enjoyable. There are basic cutlery and plates and a basic fridge. Note: the room we had did not have a sea view, i guess the name of the hotel is technically an apartment with a sea view (but from the roof).

The apartment room and shower/bathroom is very small and not renovated recently, but this seems to be a common thing for many apartments in Haifa for this price. Generally it was clean and opening the window was good. You can sometimes hear the next door guests, so it doesn't have soundproof walls. But you don't hear traffic, so that's good! Communication with the host was excellent, she spoke fluent English - any issues were answered promptly, both before and during our stay.

It is rather small room, but very cosy. Millie answers rather fast and it was very pleasant to communicate with her and her husband. There was some questions with gas and they solved it immediately. Everything is relative. When I have moved to another apartment, I started thinking to come back)).

Millie and her husband were great and easy to communicate with via WhatsApp. The location of the apartment is very nice and convenient, close to the pretty German Colony and lots of bus stations so it is easy to get around. Check-in was easy, it was nice to have a little balcony and the rooftop area is nice, too. Great food around the area and Haifa itself is also a great city to explore and get lost in. We stayed there for a couple of nights and it was the absolute right fit for us. The price was also very reasonable!!!

Small but nice apt. A 5 min walk to fast food and 6 min walk to a great small grocery store with non-Kosher food.

Nice apartment with balcony, everything we needed for a short stay, clear instructions about heating, leaving keys etc.

Plastic covers on bed were noisy and made it hard to sleep.

Very nice location, close to Baha'i gardens and the metro. Good size studio and a nice balcony. Close by coffee place and pubs.

Good location. Not so easy to find using GPS without contacting the staff. Staff is very friendly, send photos to help find the entry. Room has everything you need. Two terraces - one with door from the room and another the next floor.

A lot of stairs to access the room. Not good with heavy luggage. Use taxi to get to hotel. Price should be about 30-35 shekels.
