Jeg havde en skøn uge med min søn i denne fantastiske lejlighed. Den ligger så skønt ned tul vandet. Lejligheden er veludstyret og værten er helt utrolig venlig og imødekommende.

Vrbo - identifying the property we wanted was relatively easy. The booking process was fine. Once finished we were in communication with the owners. Great view of the ocean and beaches. Close to all the shops, restaurants, etc. The vicinity is quiet. Firm mattresses on the beds. All good

The apartment and views were just as described. Anne arranged transfers for us and Mr Juan met us at the property. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

So stelle ich mir Urlaub vor! Anne hatte den Transfer vom und zum Flughafen hervorragend organisiert. Am Apartmenthaus angekommen, wurden wir sehr freundlich in Empfang genommen und zum Apartment gebracht. Dort wurde uns alles genau erklärt und unsere Fragen beantwortet. Nach der Hälfte unseres Aufenthaltes gab es eine Komplettreinigung mit Wäschewechsel. Danach war es uns fast unangenehm, das Apartment weiter zu benutzen, so sauber und aufgeräumt war es. Handtücher gibt es ausreichend, sogar zwei besonders große für den Strandbesuch. Dieser Aufenthalt war der bislang schönste auf der Insel! Am liebsten wären wir noch länger geblieben. Vielen Dank an alle! Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen, wenn es möglich ist.

Die Lage ist gut, man ist schnell überall, von der Terrasse aus hat man einen guten Blick ans Meer. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die Kontaktpersonen sind sehr freundlich und stets hilfreich. Wir waren mit einem Kleinkind unterwegs und konnten uns dort wohl fühlen. Parkplätze gibt es ausreichend vor dem Gebäude. Definitiv empfehlenswert.

Schönes, modernes Appartement in einer kleinen Anlage mit ausgesprochen netten und hilfsbereiten Vermieter! Traumlage, nur ca. 50m bis zum Meer! Danke Anne, wir empfehlen dich weiter!

Anne’s place is modern, beautifully furnished and fully equipped right on the promenade and close to all facilities. It’s our second stay with young adult children who enjoy the area, just enough for them to be kept occupied.

The apartment was beautiful very clean and just a few hundred meters from the beach with amazing views from the balcony. Juan went above and beyond with our check in as our flight got in after midnight. The apartment was perfect for my husband and I and our two young daughters. If I were to have one criticism, it would be that since we stayed two weeks the housekeeper came while we were there and it would have been helpful to have some notice prior to her arrival. She was very pleasant and did a beautiful job but a little unfortunately timed as we were trying to get ready for Cirque du Soleil. Thank you so much. I would definitely recommend this property.

The apartment was very clean and well equipped for the 4 of us. We are a family with 2 adults and 2 children. Even though the apartment is small it is well planned and never felt cramped. The kitchen had all we needed and we cooked every day! We had all our meals on the balcony with a spectacular view. The pool was small but nice and well enough for our needs. Maybe better for bigger kids since it was quite deep. The area was nice and quiet and only a short walk to the beach. Keep in mind that you have to walk down a long stair to get to the beach. No problems getting there but a bit tougher getting back up again :-) We walked to Mercadona (about 10 minute walk) that had all we needed. Plenty of small supermarkets close by if you don`t want to walk. We are very pleased with our stay and both Anne and Juan who were very helpful and kind. We would definitely come back again!

We stayed as a family of three in this lovely compact apartment during the first week in April. Ann organised airport transfers for us, which ran smoothly. From the moment we arrived Juan was friendly and helpful. The apartment was immaculately clean and tidy and has everything you could possibly need during your stay. Beach towels were provided too - a real bonus. The apartments are close together and I can imagine during high season would be quite noisy. However our stay was very peaceful with only one other apartment being occupied. Watch out for the African ladies or congregate daily outside on the corner of the apartment (promanade side) waiting to take your hand, slap a bracelet on you and relieve you of your money!! We had a lovely holiday and would thoroughly recommend this apartment.

The apartment is small but comfortable and exceptionally clean. The main balcony overlooks the promonade, has great views of the sea and gets sun until the early afternoon. The area at the top of the stairs is private and gets sun in the afternoon until the early evening allowing sun or shade all day. The beds were comfotable and the flat screen TV, internet and washing machine all worked without problems. The surrounding area is generally quiet with about a 15 minute walk to the Yumbo. Buses to the airport and other parts of the island are close by. Communication with Anne was friendly and efficient and both arrival and departure were trouble free. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great way to start a new day!We had good luck with local troubadour who was playing his electric guitar at promenade just right next to the aparment on two evenings while we were enjoying our evening dinner on the balcony. Live music in moonlight did create some very unique and nice atmosphere. Second time he came playing, we went to talk with him when he was ending his set. Very nice and humble guy. Anne and Juan were really helpfull and gave us some really great tips. Thank you Juan and Anne! You really know how to treat your guests =)

Loved the apartment and holiday

We really enjoyed to stay at apartment. It is not very big but quite enough space for four people.It was very, very clean, new furnished, good locatoin just in front of the seashore. There was all we need for feeling well even an sunumbrella was not missing.Mr. Juan was very kind and helpfull for us. We have got a hired car and never got trouble to find a parking space on the road near the house which costs 3 eur for the whole day.Definitely recomended!

The apartment was very clean and modern. The cook wear was of high quality., beds where very comfortable and the view and location was great. We didn’t want to go home and would recommend this apartment to any one. Thanks Anne and Mr Juan for everything.

The apartment is cosy and comfortable with everything you need for a memorable holiday. It is probably the second best apartment in the whole block. The balcony at the side has limited views of the sea but has the sun first thing in the morning so great for breakfast outside. The small area at the top of the outside staircase gets the evening sun and it is lovely sitting here with a sundowner although there is no view to speak of. The other apartments lower down are in the shade much earlier. We hired bikes for the week and locked them in the garden below when not in use. The promenade along the front is directly accessible from the garden and we cycled for miles along it in both directions. I don't think anybody would be disappointed staying here.

The apartment is very well appointed, clean and recently refurbished, the photos do not do it justice! it was everything we needed for a week away. Anne was very helpful and answered all our questions promptly, organised taxi's to and from the airport etc. I would recommend this apartment.

We stayed for eleven nights.We were picked up at the airport then met at the apartment by Mr Juan who explained everything we needed to know about the apartment.The apartment was well equipped and very nicely decorated.I would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in Gran Canaria.The view from the balcony across the sea is brilliant.Thanks to Anne and Mr Juan for everything.

Firstly we as a family would like say a special thank you to Anne and Juan for the most perfectly organised trip from start to finish everything went so smooth without any hiccups at all , the photographs you see of the apartment are exactly what you get on arrival all the appliances are new and the whole apartment is spotless everything is modern with everything you need is at hand, you have a safe in the master bedroom, iron, iron board, hair dryer, washing machine, kettle, the list is endless, also we normally book our transfer to and from the airport ourselves but Anne had a better idea we were chauffeur driven from the airport by there organised driver which was only €30 there and back which beat all my quotes of €98 from resort hoppa and holiday taxis which saved us €38, the pool was cleaned everyday and my two boys loved it, the cleaner came during our stay to change linen and made the whole apartment pristine again, the apartment is situated directly on the paseo caseo promenade with abundance of shops and restaurants to your right your left and ahead the whole package of this holiday was so perfect it felt like a dream come true it was two weeks of of perfect relaxation and tranquility, so on behalf of me my wife my two boys we would like to say a special thank you to Anne and Juan many thanks and hope to see you again in the near future

Everything from start to finish was easy! The apartment itself is perfect for up to four people and immaculately clean and tidy. Everything is brand new and of a good quality. Internet was good and no problems with that. The complex itself was very quiet and very secure with around 12 apartments. The area around the pool is small but when we were there it was hardly used at all by anyone. One sunbather once all week. Its great if you have kiddies as there is a small pool for them and with all the gates and security you know they can't escape!! Parking on the street was extremely easy and was around 4 euros a day. I was told by a few people that July and August it may be difficult to park due to the amount of tourists although there are lots of street parking around so I wouldn't think you'd struggle too hard. All in all we had a fab week and I will certainly be rebooking this apartment later this year for some winter sun!

This apartment is super high quality. Extremely clean, perfectly equipped and very comfortable with quality fittings. As for location, it's perfect, a short 15 minute leisurely walk to the Yumbo, about 1 minute to the beach opposite. Sit on the balcony and enjoy uninterrupted sea-views while you eat your meals and then walk along the promenade outside. The collection from the airport and meet and greet at the apartment was seamless. And very good value. This is the best place I've every stayed in Gran Can. It's perfect. Will definitely be back.

Best apartment stay we've ever had in GC. The property is impeccably clean and super modern with every kitchen appliance needed ,to make your stay as good as any hotel or apartment on the island. Anne (Property Manager) is the queen of Gran Canaria we reckon.
