Nous avons aimé la proximité du métro, la taille de l’appartement très bien pour deux , la chambre en mezzanine et les commerces en bas de l’immeuble.

Le manque d’insonorisation , des voisins parfois bruyants et l’absence de cuisine.

Very convenient location, clean and comfortable flat.

Serviced apartments have become my favourite accommodations in China. They have lots of handy extras like a washing machine and often are a fraction of the costs of hotel rooms, while they get cleaned and replenished every day. This fun little loft was no exception. I would definitely stay here again. Do check if the location suits your travel plans as it's far from the city center and West Lake (it's next to Alibaba's Xixi campus).

The hosts need to fix the security threat with the door locks (they will know what I mean)! While the kitchen has an overload on cupboards they are all empty. Basic kitchenware is missing. Bed is hard and pillow is uncomfortably flat (Chinese style). Sending guests a little description/picture of how to find the entry would be really helpful.

The location was fantastic. You can drive to most tourist destinations within 30 min more or less. Customer service was second to none, which really was the best part of our stay.

Only thing is the facilities didn't appear as well-maintained as I had hoped. Everything was working fine. They just didn't look new.

Great place , nice check in smooth bit tricky to find but not too big problem .

The owner was helpful and patient. He went out of his way to make sure that we had a pleasant stay not only in his apartments but also in Hangzhou. I would recommend these apartments to anyone especially foreigners. It's a bit far from the city center but your stay at the hotel will make it worth it.

Our host was very friendly and polite and helped us a lot. He speaks good English and responds immediately any request of ours. At the reception desk we had an another very kind and friendly asssisstant staff. Though she did not speak any English, but she was endeavor to make us feel comfortable. Our room was perfect, fully equipped with remarkably nice interior light. The cleaning staff were very polite and respectful and helped us a lot. The room was clean and it more than met with our requirenments.

One thing should be noted before you go there. Check the surrounding area, or at least ask about it. We had 7 constructional sites around our apartment so the view was bald and kinda deserted at daytime. Also I could not sleep that much because of the noise of the craines at the construction sites. But, the nightview was good, I liked it.
