Ankommen und sich wohlfühlen. Dieses Haus bietet alles, was man sich für einen entspannten Urlaub wünscht. Sehr sauberes, gemütlich eingerichtetes Ambiente. Bestens ausgerüstete Küche mit allem, was man benötigt. Von der Kaffeemaschine über die Saftpresse bis hin zum Toaster. Highlight des Anwesens ist der Außenbereich mit riesiger Terrasse, Liegen, einer gemütlichen Sitzecke und einem beheizten Pool. Villaverde selbst ist ein schöner nicht von Touristen überlaufener Ort und bietet fußläufig einen sehr guten Bäcker (auch zum Frühstücken) und diverse Lokalitäten. Auch gibt es einen gut bestückten Supermarkt. Die Lage ist optimal, um Corralejo und El Cotillo zu erkunden. Wanderungen in der näheren Umgebung gibt es viele. Wir haben unseren vierwöchigen Aufenthalt im Januar/Februar sehr genossen und können die Unterkunft zu 100 % weiterempfehlen. Olga war stets für alle Anfragen über WhatsApp erreichbar und antwortete bzw. handelte sehr schnell. Auch auf diesem Weg noch einmal vielen Dank an Olga dafür.

Both kitchens were fitted with a dishwasher and plenty of cooking appliances, crockery and cutlery. The local bakery was a 10 min walk and the store was even less. If I ever come back to Fuerteventura, I will stay here again!!

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in diesem äußerst gepflegten Haus verbracht und uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Von Anfang an war der Kontakt zu den Vermietern sehr nett. Olga, Ana und Sergio waren äußerst entgegenkommende und zügig reagierende Gastgeber, die sehr bemüht waren, alles zu tun, damit wir uns wohlfühlen. Vielen Dank auch nochmals dafür, dass wir etwas länger im Haus bleiben durften als vertraglich vereinbart. Auf diese Weise wurde uns noch ein halber Ferientag zusätzlich geschenkt. Es war sooooooo schön, dass wir vor der Abfahrt zum Flughagen noch einmal schnell in den Pool springen konnten, um uns zu erfrischen. Vielen Dank für alles - wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wonderful villa with loads of character in a lovely quiet location. Outside space is brilliant for relaxing. We were booked on a late evening return flight but Sergio and Ana were very accommodating by letting us stay around the pool for as long as possible, it made our last day so much more enjoyable. Would definitely return again, hopefully next October.

Es war ein sehr schöner und vor allem erholsamer Urlaub. Das Haus bietet alles, was man von daheim kennt. Im Ort gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt und fußläufig ein empfehlenswertes Restaurant (El Horno). Man sollte allerdings unbedingt die Selbstversorgung in der wunderbaren Außenküche mit großem Grill in Erwägung ziehen. Hier hatten wir lauschige Abende am großen Tisch. Das Objekt war bei unserer Ankunft picobello sauber und aufgeräumt. Wir haben alles genauso wie auf den Fotos vorgefunden. Nach einem langen Flug und einer ca. 45-minütigen Autofahrt wurden wir von Sergio herzlich empfangen. Die Südlage der Terasse ist traumhaft, windgeschützt und ausgesprochen ruhig. Perfekt um die leeren Akkus wieder aufzuladen. Vielen Dank mit uneingeschränkter Empfehlung!

We really enjoyed our stay at this house, it’s ideally placed for touring the island and 2 mins drive to a variety of nice restaurants. We had great communication with the owners/ managers and we did request extra heating and the next day an oil heater arrived. Well equipped house very authentic Spanish style, great pool area.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön. Einzig der Pool muss restauriert werden, da die Randfliesen defekt/brüchig sind.

We stayed in the villa during the last two weeks of April. Sergio was most helpful on our arrival and the villa much more like a private home rather than a typical holiday rent. It is extremely well equipped and very comfortable. The outside area is completely private and ideal for a peaceful stay. Should you prefer to walk than use the car, there are two supermarkets and a bakery/cafe within walking distance. The larger supermarket towards La Oliva is better approached via the higher roads parallel to the main road and this makes a 4 mile round trip. The weather was unseasonably chilly whilst we were there and, being so, we were unable to take advantage of the pool as much as we had liked, but in warmer weather it would be perfect. The villa quickly cooled down in the evening so take something warm for those cooler nights in April.

We travelled with our 2.5 year old and his grandparents and this was an ideal location for us. Villaverde is peaceful, has a supermarket and bakery, and we were within 10-15 minutes drive from the main sandy beaches and tourist areas when we felt like exploring. We also had a playground nearby, and a beautiful view of the setting sun on the mountains just behind us each evening. Olga was consistently prompt and helpful both before and during our stay, and kindly greeted us and farewelled us at the end. We would definitely return, and recommend this property if you have a young family and want to be close, but not too close, to the main destinations.

From our first contact with Olga the owner she went out of her way to answer all our questions before booking and before our visit. The villa is even better than the pictures and has everything you could possibly need for a relaxing holiday. It is in the lovely village of Villaverde where there are several restaurants, two good supermarkets and one of the best bakeries on the island that is also cafe where you can have a very good lunch and picnic supplies. The villa is in a very quiet road with lovely views of the island and across to Lanzarote and is spotlessly clean inside & out. The outside space is perfect for relaxing in the sun and the extra kitchen/garden room is a bonus. The rear gardens is planted with typical plants and trees and a small aviary. The pool is very clean although it was a little too cold for us in January but we did spent lots of time relaxing in the sun. It is about 30 minutes drive from the airport and 15 minutes from Correlejo and El Cotillo. You do need a car to make the most of staying in Villaverde and to see this lovely island. The inside of the villa is perfect the kitchen has everything you could want to prepare and cook meals and the lounge is very comfortable with the added bonus of a wood fire for the chilly January evening. (You can buy wood in the village). The bedrooms have plenty of storage space and comfortable beds and there was plenty of hot water for the shower. The best part of our visit was meeting Olga she is such a lovely lady and works very very hard to ensure your stay is special. The photos make this villa look great but in real life it is EVEN better. We had a wonderful stay, Olga was a fantastic host and the villa is beautiful, extremely tidy and in a peaceful location but still close enough to get around easily in a hire car. Highly recommend this villa and Fuerteventura.

I just come back!! It is a really nice house just in front to the beach in a very charming village. Wonderfull views. Everything was spotless and in perfect condicions (as great as u can see on the pics). The village is very cute. Very close to the acommodation there are a couple of very impresive caves. The beach is just perfect. The weather was wonderfull and we had a great time. The owner gave us a very warm welcome and advice about what to do in the Island. She was very pleasing and ready to help with everything. So we enjoyed a perfect holidays in the best environment. The town has some bars and restaurants where you can enjoy a great meal. Good quality fresh fish is allways available. We would recommend not only the house but also the village. I can just say: AMAZING

I went to Fuerteventura with my family a couple of weeks ago. A good friend of mine advised me the Island and specially this villa. It is located in a very calm and quiet village but very close to Corralejo, where you can find even too many shops, bars and restaurants. The house is incredible, i have no words to describe how lovely it is. And is also very comfortable in every way.We had breakfast every morning outside, It was the perfect way to start the morning. The private swimming pool is large, clean and warmer than we expected, you can also use it at night! I was also impresed about Olga, she was able to help and arrange everything we could wish. She was very helpfull. I will certanly be staying here again. The only thing I would change about this trip is the time, we should have stayed longer!

The house (home) was brilliant, very clean, excellent condition, and a wonderful location. The two kitchens were both super with the large outside kitchen having a bbq large table and preparation area plus a toilet and view of the pool. The large indoor lounge has a large wood burning fire that soon heats an already warm room, this because the house is warmed by the all day sunshine. The garden is a wonderful area to rest in as is the interior of the house. The bathroom with power shower and power bath work very well. The house is exceedingly well appointed with great care shown to detail. The surrounding area (and the island itself) is very interesting to explore with never a dull moment. The house is located in a quiet area, but nevertheless has many excellent restaurants, bars, bakery, shops (for food and drink etc) within a few drive or walk. In this house there are no hints of the general mass tourism of the island, just regular local people living their lives. We (my wife and nine old daughter) highly recommend this house where we stayed for one month during December and January 2015 /16. Olga is a great host and will do her best to ensure that you enjoy a wonderful holiday in a great house on a wonderful island. In passing the included unlimited (I believe) wifi worked well and streaming was no issue. Olga many thanks, we shall return.
