location and very comfortable

the location is stunning with a wonderful beach about a 7 minute walk away. It was very quiet while we were there but there was only one other apartment occupied.

We had a difficult time with communication. First we were given the incorrect code to use for the gates upon arrival and a later the code was changed without telling us. Luckily we talked the owner of the adjacent restaurant into letting us through that way. A code for the gate to the beach was never given to us although the cleaner told us. There was only one day the apartment was cleaned (out of 6 nights we were there) which was surprising and the apartment, while attractive, was quite sparsely furnished.

Spaceous, nice design, clean, nice outside area. Kitchen was ok. We were there outside season so the area was very quiet. Staff seemed to not be on the premises except for when guests were checking in. Contact info was given though. Some might not enjoy that staff are not around. For us this did not matter. Beach is close and it's magnificent.

The bed was very noisy and not very comfortable. Kitchen has the basics. No more or less. We would have enjoyed some comfortable seating in the room instead of a desk. You hear the neighboors very easily through the walls.

Amazing views

SM quite far away

Nice location especially if you want to explore Los Canos, Zahora, Conil, Vejer etc. Nice view of the lighthouse and very tranquil at night. Nice balcony and overall room size, and kitchen. Nice pool and areas to relax and be away from everything. The beach is just 400 meteres away and easy to get to.

When we checked in, the room floor was dirty, the bathroom was dirty - as if the housekeepers didnt wanna work. At the price point, at least mineral water should be provided. The hotel seemed dated - although the images should it being very fresh.
