Location on the main plaza is super

Gym was too small and no free weights

Nos encantó el solárium y la piscina, el próximo viaje haremos uso de ello. El personal súper amable y el hotel precioso.

Todo fue perfecto.

Een luxueus en ontspannend verblijf in een upgrade junior-suite kamer met geweldig ligbad+douche in hotel op toplocatie en dus op wandelafstand van al het moois dat Mérida te bieden heeft

De geluidsisolatie van de kamer aan de voorzijde viel tegen, maar de uitzonderlijke omstandigheden dat tijdens ons verblijf er juist een feria (kermis) op het plein werd gehouden, speelde daarom in ons nadeel.

The hotel is in a very nice location and the ancient building is pretty and has character. Check-in was nice and friendly. Inside however everything is old and used. If they would renew the interior it could be a very good hotel. Now it is a bit gloomy inside.

Interior is looking old and needs a thorough make over.

Café da manhã poderia ser repaginado. Ele é bom, mas poderia ser melhor, principalmente a parte dos pratos quentes, pães e queijos.

Me gustó mucho el hotel y su ubicación, cerca de todo.

La iluminación de la habitación y el cuarto de baño es malisima

Room was excellent and Jesus at reception was excellent.We could not find the street to the hotel and one of the staff met us and drove the car to the hotel. Food was great and locations excellent.Merida was the highlight of our trip

At breakfast on the second morning we were told we had to eat in the adjacent room and no discussion. That was just one waiter who was rude and all other staff excellent

Os quartos estavam super quentes não dando para regular o ar condicionado para o frio. A única solução foi abrir a janela!

O hotel fica numa construção histórica muito bonita. Funcionários muito prestativos, me ajudaram diante de um problema sério que tive.

Não gostei dos preços do café da manhã e do estacionamento, os mais caros que encontrei entre os hotéis onde fiquei durante essa minha viagem de lazer.

O hotel é ótimo, confortável, limpo, equipe simpática. A localização é excelente, bem no centro histórico com acesso a pé a algumas das principais atrações e a ótimos restaurantes. Outras atrações, como o museu, o teatro romano, ficam do outro lado da cidade, mas nada muito longe. Tomamos café da manhã na cafeteria da praça em frente. The hotel is great, comfortable, clean, friendly staff. The location is excellent, right in the historic center with walking access to some of the main attractions and great restaurants. Other attractions, such as the museum, the Roman theater, are on the other side of the city, but not too far away. We had breakfast in the square where there is a very nice cafeteria.

Um hotel dessa categoria poderia oferecer estacionamento aos hóspedes. O custo de 22 euros/dia é bastante alto. O quarto tinha um certo cheiro de banheiro quando voltamos da rua. Não era muito forte e logo sumiu, mas fez-se notar. A janela tinha que ser mantida fechada - qto 126 (ar condicionado frio e quente funcionam perfeitamente) por causa do barulho da rua. A hotel of this category could offer guests parking. The cost of 22 euros/day is quite high. The room had a certain bathroom smell when we got back from the street. It wasn't very strong and soon it disappeared, but it made itself noticeable. The window had to be kept closed - room 126 (hot and cold air conditioners work perfectly) because of the street noise.

Tem uma boa sauna no ultimo andar, com piscina bonita, apesar de aberta, tem funcionários atenciosos e boa localização.

O quarto é muito quente, reclamei mas nao resolveram o problema, dormi muito mal. O restaurante tem poucas opções para jantar, nao tem estacionamento próprio, e em época de carnaval é muito barulhento para dormir, mas nos avisaram sobre este problema (tem uma praça com eventos em frente ao hotel).

I found breakfast quit poor for this hotel.

Our room was excellent and a good size, overlooking the plaza. We loved being able to use the pool. The building the hotel is in was beautiful.

Das Personal der Bar war teilweise extrem unfreundlich morgens um 8:00/halb neun wollte (nur das männliche Personal) keinen Kaffee servieren da die Bar geschossen war … aber eben nicht immer ??? Nur wenn die Damen nicht da waren … die Herren standen lieber nur rum und plauderten das finde ich schwierig im ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Hotel

The location spot in the middle of town, in walking distance from most major attractions. The decor is very nice and the big hall by the entrance is great.

I found people from Extremadura rather cold, nothing like the Andalucians. That is not the hotel's fault, but since you ask...

A building full of character. Very Spanish. Water in the foyer was very welcome .

Smack on the main square of Mérida, old, well kept building with spacious rooms.

Everything! The hotel internally and it's location on an attractive square. For the price it was amazing, would highly recommend and would return.

The walk from the station! It looked easily walkable on Google Maps but all uphill and quite steep in part. There were no taxis at the station and as we only had 'weekend' cases we decided to walk not realising the extent of the hill! But I guess it was worth the effort as we got to see some interesting old buildings on the route.

The location is unbeatable, very nice rooms and great view from the pool.

The location in the centre of Merida is perfect. The large foyer area and bar is lovely and cool when the weather is hot.

The room layout around the central atrium means that they can be noisy. Parking is expensive. Breakfast is average for the cost. Quality (and size) of the soap and toiletries is not what one would expect.
