It’s was dirty and the staff were exceptionally impolite and unwelcoming.

Facilities wee functional and fit for purpose as a low cost sleep only stay.

Boozing courtyard at the back in a Loading Bay. Needed to call security at 0200 to break up drunken party outside my window, hosted by Naomi and a boorish Irishman Tempted to ask for a refund because I didn’t get what I paid for…. a good night’s sleep. Unless the arrangement with the Courtyard out the back is changed to strict guests only, I recommend this place be avoided. Being budget at $58 per night shouldn’t mean compromised personal safety. Fix it, guys. Let me know when you have and I’ll consider coming back.

Dirty room, dirty kitchen facilities, mouldy shower. Off the cleaning staff at this hotel were directed to give the backpacker rooms/section a thorough deep clean it would be a much nicer place to stay.

Bed was comfortable and linen clean

Hotel is not called heritage is called crown so wasn't sure if we were at correct place very old smelled musty in corridors needs total re-vamp wouldn't book there again .First point of contact at reception did not understand English.

It was in a good location, right on the main road. Good for passing through. Good price point.

Very much like a hostel, we got the executive suite with a small bathroom. Otherwise there was a communal bathroom and kitchen down the hall. The beds were standard, what you would expect from a motel or hostel. But for the price it was decent.

Situació ideal per fer una parada conduint. Personal molt amable. Estava net, habitació petita però adequada. A prop hi ha un pub molt maco, ideal per prendre una cervesa. I no se sentia soroll des de l'habitació , zona molt tranquila. Preu adequat.

Actual Name of hotel is Crown Heritage, had a problem locating cos it’s different name. Location is convenient but its a super small town, all within walking distance

Room facilities very basic. Sink is choked and water takes a long time to go down. Had to take a long break to use the sink or water will overflow.

the value for money is really good, the bed was huge and the bathroom was clean

the wifi didnt really work all and the kettle wouldnt fit under the sink

The only that let it down was the fridge in the room didn’t work.

The heritage building itself , The environment, everything was close and the supermarket had reasonable prices for meals . Lots of places to have a picnic or a day out for the family or coupes that are touring or traveling Beautiful scenery for day walks , visiting the beaches of waters , lots of things to do on a budget

The state of the room that I was places in , wasnr clean or tidy at all. The bathroom maintenance wasn't upto standard , the shared kitchen was not upto quality.

had to walk thru the bar to check in . the wi if wasn’t working ( not their fault ) everything about it looks run down . it’s a real shame as the potential is there .

I booked this because it was right along the way. I was perfectly happy with the room, check in, and bathroom! I didn't stay long.

Well only good thing I can say about this place is that it looked like bed sheets were changed and there was no bed bugs.

Hotel didn't have my reservation. They had this room available but didn't honour Booking.com price and charged me full amount. It was only $50 but it was anyway too much for a filthy room and the most disgusting shared bathroom I've ever seen. Cleaning room of this size would take 10 minutes with making the bed and it wasn't done! Shower was too dirty for me to use it. I understand it's cheap and old accommodation but it has to be cleaned! Shame on you Heritage Hotel.

We were disappointed that there was limited food available but staff were very helpful on recommended another restaurant.
