Situado en el centro histórico junto al Teatro García de Resende, la casa se desarrolla en 2 plantas y es ideal para 6 personas, pudiendo acomodar a 2 personas en sofá cama.
La luminosidad y la vista panorámica de todas sus habitaciones, habitaciones y terraza en la tercera planta, confiere a esta casa un encanto único.
La casa tiene una sala, cocina y comedor, tres dormitorios, dos con cama de matrimonio y una habitación doble. También tiene dos WC's, uno por cada piso.
Podrá disfrutar de la terraza en el último piso, donde también se encuentra la lavandería.
El uso de la casa es integral pero el precio presentado corresponde a la utilización para 4 personas, la ocupación para 6 personas tiene un tipo mayor de 25. 00.
Tendrá a su disposición información de actividades de la carater cultural y de ocio, pudiendo aún hacerse marcaje previo de actividades de aventura, tales como arborismo, canotaje, y otras animaciones de multiactividades.
Evora tiene condiciones unicas para la práctica de paracaidismo y caída libre.

La casa se encuentra a poca distancia, a pie, de los principales monumentos de la ciudad. Se encuentra en una zona servida por pequeños supermercados, restaurantes y cafés.
A 20 metros tiene servicio de listo para comer con comidas de sabor familiar y tradicional. Para una comida de mayor refinamiento, a la misma distancia, se ubica el Restaurante Fialho.
Évora se encuentra aproximadamente 1. 30 desde el aeropuerto de Lisboa y de la costa del Alentejo. Dista del Algarve cercade 2. 30 h.
A petición se puede hacer traslado desde y hacia el aeropuerto.

The place was very big! Our family of 5 had lots of room! It was very conveniently located, easy to find and parking was close. It was close to the Roman temple- perhaps 10-15 minute walking to that and other sites. It had a fully stocked kitchen. There were bakeries close by and there was a market downstairs with necessities. If you need more groceries it’s best to stop at a supermarket on the way.
Evora itself was so great- beautiful and walkable!

This was just such a neat place to stay. Location in the town was perfect. Quiet at night but located to great dinner spots. Walkable as well. Really loved this stop and would recommend it to anyone visiting Portugal to make the effort to go to Evora.

After our frenetic pace in Porto and Lisbon, entering this property brought a sense of true relaxation and peace of mind that a vacation is suppose to deliver. With super easy no hassle check in, the place felt like home away from home in a central location of town and yet not in the midst of touristy busyness. We had the pleasure of living like a local at a laid back pace, thanks to our stay at this property, and the owners who made this possible.

The apartment was fantastic. If I lived in Évora I would love to live in that apartment. It was updated and clean. It was very spacious. Easy communication with the owners. I would definitely stay there again. 5 stars all around!

Great experiences from intimate Fado to delicious Tapas, Organ music, and incredible sights. The flat had a great location with lots of room to spread out and beautiful rooftop deck.

Perfect location, three-story historic townhouse with tons of charm, natural light, views in 3 directions. We loved it. (Be prepared climb stairs). You can walk to everything in Evora. We really felt at home. The house is above a baker on a lively corner near the upper entrance to Evora. Busy with people and cars, but only enough to make it interesting. Double-pane windows keep out any unwanted noise. Don't hesitate to stay here if you're lucky enough to find it available - it was a highlight of our time in Portugal.

Lovely apartment very well located with restaurants and shopping conveniently located nearby. The parking was inside a garage and easy to access. The kitchen made snack and meals easy to prepare. Highly recommend this property for your stay in this lovely city.

The apartment was extensive, across multiple floors, including a roof-top terrace. Clean and well outfitted with all the necessary amenities. The owners were easy to reach and quick to respond to any questions. The nearby underground parking was a nice bonus.
Due to the location, there is a good bit of road noise, especially at the front of the house (dining area), but the house has A/C, and the doors/windows block out the noise, so sleeping was never an issue.

Everything was great. Communications before arriving was clear and timely. The apartment was all we were expecting and more. Plenty of room for the 4 of us.
Excellent location, we could walk to everything we wanted to see in town. Parking in the garage right across the street was very convenient (though we parked the car and didn't use it again until we left).
Lots of shops, cafes and restaurants close by.
We didn't do much cooking, but the kitchen was reasonably well stocked. The only inconvenience was that the only coffee maker used some special pods and there were only a few provided. We couldn't find in a nearby market, so weren't able to make coffee the last morning. Fortunately there are two cafes (one downstairs and another across the street) where we could buy coffees, plus some pastries to go with them.

Great location
Location is great. The house is clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The patio on the top is fantastic. Some little things must be corrected : no hot water in the kitchen, the oven needs some repairs and a guide for the TV should be provided.

Complete home in Evora
Great location and comfortable lodging. Memory foam beds were nice. roof deck was really cool! Old thick walls but modern windows. Our family enjoyed staying here. Kitchen needs updating.

Beautiful townhome, very poor management
The townhome is beautifully restored& furnished. Beautiful views onto square.
Unfortunately, the manager did not meet to show us details, no soap In bathroom dispenser, no toilet paper in either bathrooms, clothes washing machine was on the blink with a rusted drying rack, kitchen sink leaks discoloring the counter, no light bulbs on many lamps , erratic hot water. No help came from management.

Very nice apartment and location. Lacking some essentials
The apartment was lovely and the location made our Evora visit easy and the city center accessible. I was surprised at some of the things that weren't provided. Both showers had soap dispensers that were completely empty - had to go to the store to buy soap. Although there was a Kurig-like coffee maker, the pods were not the right type and we were told they would be replaced which didn't happen. The washing machine was broken, we were told the parts had been ordered, but no washing machine. We were given two numbers to contact in case we needed anything but one of them apparently didn't work as we got no response about the power in one room (and internet) going out until the following day when I tried the second number.

Beautiful apartment, fantastic location, amazing host
This apartment is perfectly located to explore Evora. It has everything and is so well put together. Ricardo was one of the best host I have ever had (this is saying a lot). Exceedingly helpful. He drove us around the area; which was the highlight of our visit. He picked us up from the train and returned us. He took time with us to show us the map, make recommendations and assist us with plans. WOW!!!

Spectacular
Our host even met us at the train station and drove us to the VRBO. He briefed us on the local shops, restaurants and points of interest. The location is perfect right across from a pastry shop and around the corner from groceries and restaurants! The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Large windows allow for beautiful views and warm sun. Washing machine for clothes was a welcome site with a drying rack to place on the sunny patio. With five travellers including an 11 month old baby, we had heavy backpacks. Our host drove us to the train station. We are appreciative of the over the top hospitality.

Perfect choice
We couldn't have chosen a more perfect place to stay. The apt. Is close to everything and has everything you could want. Ricardo met us, showed us how everything worked and was available to answer any questions. There is a small fruit and grocery close by if you don't have a car and there is the theatre which seems to always have concerts going on. The best restaurants in the city are just around the corner or down the street. Parking is free a 5 minute walk away.

Historical Evora at your fingertip
Spacious, two floors plus rooftop patio, within the old town this apartment meant our stay was an easy and enjoyable one.

Très bien. Bien situé et à portée de tous les sites à voir.
Nous avons été reçu de façon professionnelle par le fils du propriétaire.
Ce dernier nous a fourni une liste de sites intéressants. La maison est répartie sur quatre étages ce qui fait qu'il y ait beaucoup de marches à monter et descendre. L'ensemble était très propre.
Je recommande cette maison à tous mais il faut être en forme pour y séjourner.
La terrasse est invitante et il y a toutes les commodités.

Lovely Apartment in Evora
We had a wonderful stay at Casa Resende. Ricardo was an excellent host and very accommodating and helpful. He was easy to communicate with and responded quickly, his English is excellent. The apartment is beautifully renovated and we had everything we needed. We got a great view of the neighborhood from the rooftop terrace. My friend was ready to move in permanently. The casa is conveniently located and we easily toured Evora walking all over town and seeing the interesting sites and fun shopping. Ricardo recommended some great restaurants and cafes for delicious coffee and pastries. We even had coffee with Ricardo our last morning. Evora was an easy bus trip from Lisbon. We will definately return to Casa Resende on our next trip to Portugal. Thank you Ricardo!

Really great place to stay.
Casa Resende is within the old city walls and so handy to all the historic sites there, which are easily accessible on foot. Ricardo was very welcoming and gave us lots of tips of what to do. It was a nice touch to be given a bottle of local red wine when we first arrived. Would want to stay again if we ever go back to Evora. Thank you.

Highly recommend Casa Resende
Our family had a great time in Evora and the Casa Resende is perfectly located to walking around in town, convenient small shops near by, and even near free parking. The house is clean and comfortable, and we had a few nice lunches on the roof deck. Ricardo and Celeste were accommodating and responsive when we needed some help. Recommended.

Nice Place to Stay
This Casa has many outstanding attributes, great location in a great town, comfortable inside with good heating even in very cold weather which we had during our trip to Portugal, helpful hosts, lovely old building and clean and tidy. Only real drawbacks to this Casa are in the rain going in or out of the front door you get drenched.

Beautiful Renovation
This 400 year old building is charming. The remodel left the wonderfully curved ceilings and wooden stairs in tact. The new bathroom is lovely as well as the traditional decorations around the house. Ricardo met us with good cheer, even tho we arrived late. He also came the next morning within 5 minutes of our call to help us figure out the stove. The apartment accommodated 3 couples perfectly. It’s in the heart of the old town and we were able to walk to all locations. Even though it’s on a main street it’s very quiet inside. I would not recommend it to anyone who has trouble with stairs.

We had a wonderful stay in Évora. The apartment was perfect in every way - clean,comfortable, convenient to the old town and easy to explore other close by towns. Ricardo’s suggestions for places to eat were excellent! We will be back!

Centraal gelegen super groot appartement in Evora
Super groot appartement midden in het centrum van Evora. Het gebouw bestaat uit vier verdiepingen en is zeer huiselijk ingericht. Op de eerste verdieping waren de woonkamer, keuken en een badkamer, op de tweede verdieping 3 slaapkamers en een badkamer en op de derde verdieping een washok en een mooi zonnig terras. Op de begane grond was een bakker waar je smorgens lekker brood kon kopen. Wij ontbeten altijd in een coffeeshop recht tegenover het theater. Ook het theater is een bezoekje waard. De eigenaresse Celeste was zeer vriendelijk en gastvrij.

Lovely and Charming Home
All 4 of us ladies LOVED this home. It was absolutely charming and full of love that the owner has put into this home. There was lots of history in this home, and yet it was modern at the same time. The thick walls kept this home cool on hot days, the breezes were wonderful with the windows open. The upstairs terrace was charming.
The owner was so very accommodating and helpful. She met us at the home when we arrived and shared all kinds of information to help make our stay in Evora more enjoyable. She was amazing and really added to the charm of the home and our stay in her lovely home.

Dream setting in an amazing place!
Spent 4 nights at this gorgeous little casa with my daughter, husband and parents. The city itself is simply amazing and the accommodation was superb! All areas of the house are exactly as pictured right up to the bottle of wine and Celeste is welcoming and informative. Every suggestion she gave us from our day trip to Monsaraz to the restaurants she recommended were excellent. The only mistake we made was not staying longer!
