Når jeg ved,at Gästehaus Schmidts har super gode og store lejligheder, så skuffer det mig, at vi fik den mindste og dårligst beliggende - og den svarede i øvrigt ikke til den annoncerede lejlighed,som jeg mener at have booket ( desværre var min oprindelige bekræftelse væk ift klage).

Right in the centre of the old city. Close to everything. Only a short 10 min walk to the railway station. Our room was in the attic, we had no problems with the stairs.

Eine schöne ruhige Unterkunft, direkt am Beginn der Fußgängerzone und damit im Zentrum. Parkmöglichkeiten angenehm geregelt. Super freundliche Wirtin. Fühlten uns sehr wohl.
Das Bett war sehr weich. Für mich genau richtig, für meinen Partner zu weich.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral. Die Räume sind schön und zweckmäßig.
Frau Schmitz ist eine sehr liebevolle Gastgeberin und macht alles mögliche, um dem Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten.
Das Frühstück ist einfach (Brötchen, verschiedene Brotsorten, Käse, Marmelade, Butter, Honig und ein gekochtes Ei) aber sehr gut. Man kann jeweils alles nachordern, wenn man noch etwas mehr möchte.

Wir wurden sehr nett und herzlich von der Gastgeberin empfangen, die Schlüssel- und Zimmerübergabe waren ganz unkompliziert. Das Auto durfte im Hof parken. Unser Frühstück war immer mit Liebe zubereitet. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, hell und freundlich. Ausgezeichnet ist auch die Lage des Gästehauses. Es liegt mitten im Zentrum der Altstadt, von wo aus man diese wunderschöne, romantische Stadt und Umgebung ganz bequem erkunden kann.
Vielen Dank noch einmal für die tolle Bewirtung. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!

Für uns war alles perfekt. Die Lage unübertrefflich, nahe am Marktplatz. Alles war perfekt sauber. Wir hatten viel Platz und Frau Schmitz war sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Alles super, und Frau Schmitz ist ein Traum, Sie hält alles super am laufen. Hab Sie nicht nach ihren Alter gefragt da sich das nicht gehört. Hut ab und👍 ganz große Klasse.

Wspaniały stary dom w rewelacyjnej lokalizacji - tuż przy rynku w Goslar. Gospodyni przemiła. Śniadania bardzo dobre, zaczynaliśmy dzień z prawdziwą przyjemnością. Obiekt daje karty uprawniające do zniżek w wielu miejscach Goslar i okolicy.

Die Lage war sehr gut. Man ist in zwei Minuten auf dem Marktplatz gewesen.
Gaststätten gibt es genug ringsherum.
Das Frühstück hätte ich mir anders gewünscht. Man hat immer nur eine Sorte Schnittwurst bekommen.
Wenn man das nicht isst, hat man Pech.

The room was so bright during the night, a lot of lights from outside. There should have been dark curtains and not white ones!

Perfect location, very close to the market square. Also nice walking area, for dogs, along the city walls. The lady of the house very welcoming and helpful. Charming house with many nooks and crannies. Parking was no problem.
The room a bit dated, being on the ground floor (with carpeting) made it feel dark. Nice bathroom though. The breakfast very basic.

Literally 50 metres from the market square. Many attractions and restaurants nearby. Big room. Parking for 2 EUR per day. Best of all is the host, though. Frau Schmit, a sweet, sweet elderly woman 🙂.

Good breakfast served by the host. This guesthouse is a stone's throw from the splendid market place. Great location to walk around the narrow streets and take in views of this astoundingly well preserved old town. The nearby riverside walk is a delight. We enjoyed a visit to the nearby Rammelsberg mine using our free bus tickets.
Our ground floor room had light curtains so sleep in mid-summer was more of a challenge than a well blacked out room.

The breakfast could be better. Bread with ham, boiled egg and cheese combined with coffee/tea is a valid breakfast but not a really good one. I miss fruit, greens and dairy products. Maybe a buffet could be set up with these things?
