La propreté, l'agencement, la proximité au centre de Lorient, l'accès à l'appartement très simple et bien expliqué, la gentillesse des propriétaires et de la personne chargée de clientèle. J'ai apprécié cet endroit et j'en garde très bin souvenir 🙏

Position of the apartment

Conveniently-located, central Lorient studio apartment. Small but OK for a few nights.

The only thing we didn't like was the smell of the towels and the sheets. It was either the detergent used or the fact that the towels and sheets were not dried properly, as a result of which, they smelled a bit musty. Not a fan of that sort of smell.

The area in the city.

Unfortunately, the bed smelled a bit.

Had not known that apartment was so close to venues which were open very late every night and unbelievably loud making sleep unrealistic. Lack of comfortable seating.

Our room was 16 square meters big but very well equipped for that sized room. It was obviously recently refurbished with a nice contemporary feel. Lots of attention to detail and all living needs met. Bed very comfy. Small food preparation space allowed us to make simple meals and breakfasts - a two ring hob (no oven), fridge, microwave oven, kettle, coffee machine, enough crockery and cutlery for two Lovely spacious shower and a proper hair dryer - great for those of us who have a lot of hair! Washing machine and tumble dryer in separate room across the small private corridor. We felt very safe there and the best feature was its proximity to the Interceltic Festival - less than a minute from our front door around the corner to the festivities which is exactly what we wanted. Also 2 minutes walk to a well stocked Carrefour City to get fresh produce daily. Surrounded by many more eateries than you could hope for, so no need to cook too much back at the apartment. Designated car parking space available at the back of the apartment which was important to us.

We were disappointed that the apartment did not look like the red and white apartment pictured with the advert - we were really expecting something like that with a separate sitting area and it was a bit of a shock to the system when we arrived at room 6 as it was nothing like it - no light flooding through the big picture windows and no balcony. That picture should definitely be changed as it is misleading.

We were surprised when we got message saying that we will need to pay 300 EUR as deposit in cash (sorry, but nowadays we don't bring almost any money in cash and it would create us additional burden to find ATM etc.) . We just stayed for one night. However, finally we were not required to give any deposit as we arrived very late and we agreed that the key will be left in the key box.

It was self catering!?
