Very clean throughout. Fabulous position to experience Marbella and it’s beaches and restaurants. Views are amazing from the 9th floor.
The curtains in the lounge couldn’t be closed. The blinds in both bedrooms were broken and the curtains difficult to close too. Would be a big problem if the appartment wasn’t in the 9th floor.

Excellent location, very good communication and very well equipped.
The building in which the apartment is situated is a bit tired and could easily be off putting. However, the apartment itself is very well appointed and the public areas around the pool are very well maintained.
