We just spend 6 days in this fantastic situated apartment. Great and with fast respons communication with both owner and Sandra our local contact for practical issues keys etc. Fantastic view. The pictures sais it all! Good beds, also the sleeping sofas in the Living room are comfortable even for older children. The village is very calm and quiet. If you want action you need to go to Nice. Local beach is small, but great with stones. The pool is fine, but would be better if there was sunbeds or chairs on spot. You sit on the ground. All in all we had a great stay.

Even though upon arrive, the air conditioning was broken, the property manager quickly obtained a temporary unit, which was not an easy feat on a Saturday afternoon in France during a heat wave. We are very grateful for her and Alex’s quick and professional response. The location is close to the bus lines that take you up and down the coast, which makes it convenient also. I definitely hope to rent here again.

Utsikten var magnifik och terassen bra. Lägenheten var lite sliten och skulle behövas ses över lite. Ligger på en höjd, så jobbigt att gå upp och ner till strand och centrum! Fin stad, mysiga restauranger.

The apartment is in a great location with magnificent views. The view is even more beautiful than the pictures can show. Everything was in perfect shape, very clean and a nice host. We can highly recommend staying in this apartment.

Such a picture perfect view, this is a really comfortable and well-equipped apartment, we never wanted to leave. Transport in and out to the airport and surrounding towns is super easy and close by. The best restaurants are just a stroll away, we would highly recommend this apartment and we will definitely be back.

This is very spacious (much larger than we thought from the photos) and well appointed apartment, with an unbelievable aspect and view over the entire bay. As I write this I am on the terrace and the evening sun beautifully defines Cap Ferrat and the port below. Very secure and a huge pool in the apartment complex too. Either of 2 bus routes outside the front entrance take you to Nice in 10 minutes or in other direction to Cap Ferrat, Beaulieu of Monaco. Bus every 10-15 mins and €1.50 per trip! I didn't need a car and used bus and some UBER rides to navigate. There is a set of steps across the street to the Darse Port below ( sign says Privé but they are not. Lovely walk down steps and across the waterfront of the old citadel to the Restaurant hub of the Old Port (10-15 mins)

My husband, 16 year old daughter & I stayed at L'Agrianthe Les Oranges for a week & wish it could have been longer! After 2 busy weeks in Paris, this was the ultimate place to spend our final week in France, enjoying all that the French Riviera has to offer. Alex was great to deal with when booking the apartment & promptly responded to all our queries. We were met by the property manager on our arrival & check-in & out were a snap. The apartment was clean, well-appointed, & the A/C & lovely outdoor pool were God-sends during the heat wave this summer. The balcony overlooking the incredibly beautiful Villefranche-sur-mer harbour was heaven & I had to pinch myself every morning while enjoying coffee on the deck.Everything is within close walking distance - groceries, restaurants, old town, buses/train & the fantastic beach. We spent many hours swimming in the warm beautiful waters of the Mediterranean & picnic-ing on the shore. We made day trips to Eze & Nice - I would recommend both - & transportation by bus or train was inexpensive & straight-forward.We were treated to a terrific view of the Bastille Day fireworks over the harbour & Cap Ferrat from the comfort of our balcony. They put on a great show! (Note: check with the Chamber of Commerce event schedule when visiting. Although Bastille Day is July 14th, they held the fireworks on the 13th).I would highly recommend Alex's apartment to other travellers & we hope to return to the "FR" again soon :)

Fantastic appartment with a superb view of the bay from the balcony. Lovely quiet location. Very small supermarket and bakery within 5 mins walk and the harbour is a good 10 minutes away with the train station at 15 to 20 minutes. Large 1 bedroom appartment, does sleep 4 on the 2 pull out sofa beds but depending how messy/old your kids are you may find you need to be slightly organised or you'll run out of room. The property is managed by a lovely lady who speaks English

We had a great time in Villefranche - spent most of our time on the balcony watching the most amazing view!

This is a high quality apartment that is ideal as a base to explore the Côte d'Azur. It is a five minute stroll from local amenities such as supermarket, bakery and local restaurants and a 20 minute walk into the lovely town of Villefranche. It is also on several bus lines with easy access to Nice, Monaco and St Jean Cap Ferrat. The apartment is furnished and decorated to a high standard and there is a lovely pool in the complex. The view from the terrace is to die for!

Pictures on websites are always difficult to judge but in this case the pictures simply do not do the property justice. The terrace is very large (the full width of the apartment and over 6 feet deep) with a large dining table and chairs with a very effective wind down awning to keep the sun at bay if you want to. The views from the terrace are stunning of the bay and across to Cap Ferrat. The kitchen is well equipped as described. The lounge has 2 large sofas and tv with uk channels. We did not use the sofa beds so cannot comment on them. The bedroom has fitted wardrobes, bedside tables and lights and a comfortable double bed. This was especially important to me as I suffer with back problems. So perfect for us. The bathroom has a large shower with lots of instant hot water. Linen was good, cotton sheets and white towels. The apartment was very clean, tidy and well maintained. Alex was helpful during the booking stage and ensured we knew when our payments had cleared into his account. Sandra was very helpful showing us all the apartment and how to use the washing machine etc as well as taking us to the swimming pool so we knew where it was located and showing us how to use the access key fobs. She pre-arranged with us when we expected to arrive and we confirmed this with a text. She was there to let us in when we got off the bus. Sandra also provided her email address and phone number in case we needed her which we didn't as everything was perfect. The apartment is on the 81/100 bus route into Nice and to either Cap Ferrat or Menton (via Monaco). There is a Carrefour a few stops back into Nice or you can walk (we meandered along the beautiful route and it took us 45 minutes) and then we took the bus back with our shopping. There is also a SuperU at Beaulieu which you get to by taking the 81 and walking a short route to the train station there. We loved the area and would certainly recommend both this property and the area to friends and

Perfekte und vollständige Einrichtung vom Flachbild-TV-Schirm bis hin zu allen wünschenwerten Küchen-Utensilien (Microwelle, Geschirrpsüler, Waschmasch. usw.) Und das Beste: Ein traumfafter Blick vom überdachten Balkon über die Bucht von Villefranche und das Cap Ferrat. Die Wohnung liegt in einem größeren Block ; trotzdem fühlt man sich wie im Ferienhaus und kann Tag und Nacht absolute Ruhe genießen. Sehr angenehm: Der Ort mit Eßlokalen ist bequem fußläufig erreichbar, und besonders: Die Busse in alle Richtungen (mehrmals pro Stunde) halten in etwa 150m Entfernung. Hinter der Anlage gehen Wege bergauf und laden zu schönen Wanderungen ein. Zusammengefasst: Die Wohnung kann wärmstens empfohlen werden. Wir würden sie sofort wieder buchen; und Freunde von uns haben bereits Interesse gezeigt.

Being from the U.S., we were unsure about reserving a place in France without knowing the owners or managers. However, we did make the reservation and the apartment is just as described and shown in the pictures. We had a contact number for the rental manager, who met us at the complex and went through the apartment with us explaining how everything worked. Everything was very clean. The only thing that could be improved is the bed's mattress. We went to the market at the bottom of the hill and bought fresh vegetables, cheeses, and sausages. We feasted on the balcony, toasting our good fortune at eating such good food, drinking such good wine and having such a beautiful view. This was a great location for exploring the coast and the hillside villages. We very strongly recommend this without any hesitation.

Villefranche is a perfect place to stay and a perfect base to visite the fantastic sites of the Côte d'Azur (by car, train or bus). The apartment is confortable, big enough for 4 to 5 persons and verry well equiped. Wonderful breakfast on the balcony! The only thing we missed was the spring-sun in the afternoon. We would choose the same apartment for our next trip to Villefranche.

We enjoyed our holiday in Villefranche. It is a nice village with a historic centre and a nice port area. It is a perfect place gor a holiday at the Cote d'Azur, and a good starting point for various sight seeing tours. The apartment is located in a residence which is closed for public access. A parking space for a car is also available. The apartment consists of a large living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and a separate toilet. The apartment met the description, was very comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The management agent was very cooperative. The hand-over of the keys worked perfectly. When we asked for the coffee machine, which was actually missing, they managed to get it to us the same day. The location of the apartment is perfect. From the balcony (which is on the sunny side in the morning) one has a beautiful view over the bay on Villefranche-sur-Mer, Beaulieu-sur-Mer, and Cap Ferrat. 10 minutes walking distance to the centre of Villefranche with grocery’s shops, bakery and a number of good restaurants (our absolute favorite was L’Aparté in Rue Obscure). A larger supermarket (Carrefour) is located in the direction of Nice about 2 km from the apartment. The apartment can also be recommended for guests without a car. Buses go frequently, the bus stop is just a few steps away from the residence. Bus No. 100 connects to the bus terminal in Nice, from where the airport and many other places can be easily reached. I would recommend this apartment to friends or relatives without hesitation. As I have been in Villefranche before I had some knowledge of the location. For new guests I recommended the owner to put a written information in the apartment giving some information about the nearest supermarket, bakery, and other shopping possibilities, and, maybe, some restaurants. What was actually missing, but not a severe problem, was an information about the most important things to know about the equipment of the apartment: the garbage chute, how to operate the washing machine and the dish washer etc. But this is a minor point aside that can be easily improved.
