Very good access to downtown and major roads. Home was located in quiet neighborhood. Very pleasant environment.

We went to visit family and enjoy the beach/weather. We had a youngster who is not yet a swimmer, so our criteria was no pool. The location, layout/style of property, cleanliness and convenience of supplies were all excellent. Communication with host was easy and friendly. Highly recommend!

This property far exceeded any expectations! We've stayed in several other VRBO properties, and were pretty lucky in our choices, but this one was the best by far! Immaculately clean, updated decorating, and with a screened lanai. We loved every minute of our stay, and appreciate how responsive Danelle was whenever we needed to contact her. The beautiful park located two blocks away was perfect for daily walks even on very cool days. Close to beaches, shopping, and ice cream! Don't miss your chance to stay here if it's available!

We loved this property and its location. It has everything we wanted and Danelle was such a responsible host. Prior to our trip I asked about a french press. It didn't have one but she made sure it did when we arrived! She checked in with us occasionally to make sure we were okay due to being here during the Corona Virus crisis.

My husband and our 2 teenage sons all loved this house. It was impeccably clean, comfortable, nicely laid out, and had the best stocked kitchen l have ever experienced in a rental property (and we have used VRBO forever). Thanks so much Danelle! We would certainly stay here again.

Overall a nice place. Clean and well stocked with everything that’s needed for an easy stay. Only negative was the bed in the master bedroom which was uncomfortable.

Very nice home with with everything you need. Great location, minutes to grocery stores, restaurants, drug stores, and shirt drive into Siesta Key and beach. Would definitely recommend this home.

We spent six nights in this beautiful house in Arlington Park. First of all, the neighborhood is in a perfect location for all that we wanted to do, but it is off the main roads and it's quiet. It is only a block or so away from walking trails that lead you to Arlington Park and all that it has to offer. Secondly , the pictures of the houses' exterior and interior look great , but it is even more impressive when you see it in person. From the landscaping in the front yard with nice seating on the porch to the beautifully decorated interior , which is all so inviting and comfortable. You walk in to a very spacious open living room, kitchen and dining area which we just oohed and aahed over because it was just so pretty. The set up is perfect with a large master on one side , which had a king size bed ,a gorgeous bathroom with huge shower and a nice walk in closet. The other two bedrooms were on the other side of living space and they shared a very nice bathroom as well. We appreciated having a washer and dryer to use also. We can't wait to come back here again.

Perfect place to stay! House was absolutely lovely. Immaculately clean and made us feel so comfortable during our stay. All of the little extra touches were nice (beach chairs, extra pillows, to-go menus from nearby restaurants). The WiFi was super quick, which was really appreciated by the three teenagers. Danelle was wonderful to work with and called to check on us. I would definitely come back and stay again!

We had a lovely month-long stay in Sarasota. This house is very comfortable, well furnished, well stocked and a place of easy living. You can create anything you wish in the well-stocked kitchen. The master suite is large, has a beautiful new bathroom, a wonderfully comfortable bed and plenty of closet space for longer stays. All appliances worked easily and indeed the entire interior appears completely new. The property is well cared for, very clean and just a joy to live in. Coffee on the front porch with the morning sun is wonderful. Reading on the chaise in the screened-in back porch could lead to napping. The neighborhood is vey quiet and restful. Danelle is an enthusiastic host who loves what she does and wants to know that you are happy. It's almost needless to say (but I'll say it anyway), this was a lovely stay in a lovely house.

We absolutely loved the area and access to a wonderful park. The restaurants, museums and lovely beach were within a two mile radius. The home and all its amenities were perfect. The owner was so responsive and helpful during our stay. We will definitely return next year!

This place is so beautiful. The screened in lanai is relaxing after a spending a day on the beach. Quiet neighborhood. Would definitely love to stay here again! Great communication with owner.

We had a great one-week stay in Danelle's rental home. Everything was clean and new. Large kitchen, beautiful back yard (and large screened in porch for times when mosquitoes were out). Although it's on a quiet street, in a quiet neighborhood, everything is very close--restaurants, grocery stores (Publix, Trader Joe's), beaches. We visited both Siesta Key and Lido Key beaches, Oscar Scherer State Park (recommend the FL scrub jay walk on Sundays to see this endangered, rare bird), Mote Marine Lab and a Sea Life Encounter boat tour out of Mote. We have stayed in many VRBO rentals in Florida, with a family of 6, and this was one of the larger ones for the price. The3 bedrooms and 2 baths accommodated us well. The house was clean and comfortable, with many amenities. We loved the large kitchen and dining area. Cabinets well-stocked with bowls, cooking utensils, pans, casserole dishes, measuring cups and spoons, as well as basics such as salt, pepper, and oil. Beds were comfortable and darkening curtains made it easy to sleep in after the sun had risen. Washer and dryer were very helpful for rinsing out swimsuits after a trip to the beach. Sarasota is one of the busiest Florida beach towns we've visited, with heavy traffic and lots going on. It was incredible to turn off the main streets and end up in such a peaceful neighborhood and quiet home. Danelle was very responsive by email and phone, and I'd happily work with her again if we find ourselves back in Sarasota.

Really nice house. House was well-stocked, in good condition, has a good screened porch and is beautifully landscaped. Split-bedroom floor plan was a plus! Good location in a quiet neighborhood. Great communication with owner.

This home is the perfect place to stay when you want to feel like you are home. It is in a charming, quiet neighborhood and the home is very clean and tastefully decorated. It is such a comfortable place: from the kitchen to the living room to the bedrooms. My favorite though, was having coffee on the screened in lanai looking out over the beautiful backyard. Very peaceful. The owner was a pleasure to deal with and very responsive. The location is perfect! So close to downtown and such an easy drive to Siesta Key - my favorite beach! I cant wait to return and have already recommended this home to my friends and family!

We loved our stay at this beautiful spacious cottage. It was beautifully decorated with open concept kitchen, dining room and living room. The bed was very comfortable and all the furniture was brand new. Great location it's only a few minutes to Siesta Key beach and restaurants and shopping. We will be back again soon. I will recommend this place to family and friends.
