Our group of 10 (two families of five) really enjoyed our stay. The house is exactly as described, and is easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants/cafes, and a Lidl. We had a wonderful time and Andrea our host was easy to communicate with.

Villa was lovely and big. Very clean. Has everything you need. Andrea was very helpful and lovely. The area was okay but quiet.

We were a party of 6 adults and 5 children and found the villa amazing, it was very spacious and all the rooms were huge, extremely clean and so many different areas for shade/sun and the pool area was perfect to relax. Andrea was very good answering my many questions and came back to me straight away with answers. We met her at checkin and showed us round the villa, a very kind and lovely lady. Beach few minutes away and plenty of bars/restaurants 10 mins away no need for a car. Couldn’t fault the villa at all, the nicest we’ve stayed in and only wished we could have stayed longer!

The villa exceeded our expectations. Close to beach and restaurants. We had four children in our group of eleven, and they had a great time in the downstairs game room.

Excellent property the photos do not do it justice. We had the pool and jacuzzi heated, it makes a big difference especially for small children, we had a great time. The beach was amazing.

On arrival we could not check inn before 16.00, The Jacuzzi had realy dirty water, later on 3 child got ear infections, the agent said the water was inside water standards, in simple ph stickes bouth pool and jacuzzi was outside all standards, we brought a water sample to the hospital and they told us to keep the children away from the dirty water. The agent charged us 1150€ extra for heating the pool, the jacuzzi was not healty. The property outside was every morning full off bird droppings, the basement bedrom could not be used due to a strong sewage smell, in the playroom it was astrong smell off mould and cement. The house is for max 8 persons, the seating innside and outside will only take 8.

Andrea was a superstar from start to finish! Excellent and rapid communication throughout. The property is huge with all amenities you could hope for. Great pool and hot tub, perfect for families. Big BBQ, with plenty of space to cook for large groups. Close to town, didn't need to hire a car at all (walk to beach / restaurants / town centre was approx 5 - 10 minutes). For longer trips Uber / Bolt was quick, easy and cheap! And to top it all off we had perfect weather, didn't see a cloud all week so a big thank you to Andrea for sorting that for us too !!! 😜

Everything was exactly like the listing. We had a wonderful time, lots of space indoors and outdoors and the property manager was very responsive. We would certainly stay again. The beach very nearby was beautiful with three fantastic places to eat lunch or dinner.

Excellent villa , exactly as advertised.

It was impossible for us to find fault with Villa Beach Palace. Everything was immaculate - rooms, appliances, utensils - and all to a very high standard. And Andrea was super-responsive - not that we had anything to complain about. The pictures don't do justice to the size - every room is enormous. And there are so many individual spaces that each come into their own depending on the time of day, whether to catch the sun or escape it! The pool is a perfect size, the games room an absolute godsend for teenagers and adults alike. Furthermore, for a family of 9, we didn't need a car. Taxis are plentiful, and there are very good supermarkets within walking distance, as well as many (many!) restaurants and bars. We would return to Villa Beach Palace in a heartbeat, and we cannot thank Andrea enough for arranging our airport taxis and making sure that everything worked out flawlessly.

We were a family of 9 people including adults a teenager and younger children. The villa was very spacious with plenty of room for each family and was very clean. The pool was great and combined with the excellent air conditioning kept us cool in the very hot weather. We also enjoyed The basement games room and the outside barbeque area. With a short walk to a beautiful beach with beach bars it all added up to a lovely family holiday

We were a group of 10 (7 adults and 3 children) and we stayed at the house for 5 nights. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to other families. The layout and some basics: - There are 2 bedrooms on the top floor, 2 on the main floor, and 1 in the basement. - 4 bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, 1 bedroom on the main floor (the one with two beds) is right next to a common bathroom. - The washer is located in the kitchen and is washer only, so you'll have to hang dry clothes. There is a drying rack stored in the pool house which can be easily used. - The pool house has a dedicated bathroom. - Each room has air conditioning and all were in great working condition. - Wifi is about 70 Mbps up and down. What we liked: Location - The house is located towards the western end of town and is about 5-10 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. Conveniently located between Tavira and Lagos, so day trips are very manageable. Cleanliness - The standard for cleanliness from two people in our group is very high and they were impressed by how well the house was cleaned. The house cleaners seem to be very detail oriented and did not take short cuts. Pool - The pool was well maintained and was fun for everyone, especially the kids. (Note that there is an extra charge for a heated pool and use of the jacuzzi.) Garage Space - There is space for 2 cars in the garage, which helps keep your car cool on hot summer days/nights. Size of House - Plenty of space for multiple families and kids to hang out, with a game room in the basement. What we wished was different: Toiletries and basic supplies - There were no soaps or shampoos, extra toilet paper, tissues, garbage bags, and a few other basic supplies. Guests will have to buy them at the nearby stores (Lidl, Continente). Basement bedroom - The basement overall has a "basement smell" especially the bedroom. This could be due to the current sewage system, but some might find it difficult to stay in the basement other than to use the game room. Decor - This wasn't a big deal as interior decor is very subjective, but the property owner definitely has some specific tastes. It needs updating, but it did not negatively impact our stay.

The villa has lots of space and all the rooms were very generous sized. Pool was a lovely size with plenty of space on the sunny terrace to sun bathe. Downside was that the bed rooms didn't have blackout curtains so if you like a dark room this not the villa for you, plus in general the furniture was a bit shabby and could do with update, though the beds were very comfortable. Good location for the beach and restaurants, about 10 - 15min walk. Highly recommended the walk along the cliffs and cave tour.

We had a family reunion at this property with 4 different generations and the layout of the home worked perfectly. Each couple/kids had their own bedroom and bathroom and yet the main areas were large enough to accommodate all 10 of us together. The pool and hot tub were clean and the grounds are well maintained. There’s beautiful flowers and trees all around. The property was spacious and fairly private and the nearest beach was really nice. We felt safe everywhere we went even though we were obviously tourists. The windows and doors all looked new and the room ACs worked well. The kitchen had everything we needed for the days we decided to cook and markets/restaurants were within walking distance when we needed something. The game room provided some nice alternatives to being outside in the evening when it got cooler. The garage parking had ample space for two cars and was great for keeping the cars cool from the hot midday sun. Our property manager was friendly and responsive and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We definitely recommend this property!

This villa is absolutely stunning: the rooms big; warm heated pool: lovely jacuzzi and superb games room. The pictures undersell the luxurious beds and character of the property! It’s just 5 minutes walk to the beach and 5-10 minutes to the main restaurants. Andrea was fantastic and looked after us every step of the way, including kindly sending back some items we left behind. Thank you so much Andrea for making our stay so lovely!

We stayed at the Villa for a workation. Our stay was more than we could've wished for! The house was amazing, the host was very kind and the location was perfect. Would definitely recommend this property!

We had the most fantastic week at the villa and the photos do not do it justice. The communication from Andrea beforehand and also during the stay was excellent and made the whole process really easy. The facilities at the property, both inside and outside meant there was something to keep everyone occupied. The area was perfect with just a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. We will definitely be booking again.

From the first time i contacted Andrea, she was very helpful and organised the children's rooms perfectly providing clear information and keeping us well informed. We had a wonderful stay, the property is great, very clean, all the amenities you would expect. The pool man comes every other day and discreetly sorts out the pool and jacuzzi. The location is wonderful, a short 5 minute stroll down the hill to the beach and lots of restaurants.

We had such a wonderful holiday in Villa Beach Palace..... Villa was amazing with heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi in lovely landscaped Palm tree setting. Everything we needed was on site and our wonderful property manager Andrea was on hand to help us with any enquiries at any time, she was just super! Location was close enough to walk to beach, restaurants, playground, mini markets etc...so everything was right on our doorstep... Our family of 10 included 3 generations and none of us wanted to come home .. Highly recommended !

There was plenty of room for 9 of us, the photos don’t do it justice. We had the oil slightly heated which made it the perfect temperature throughout our stay.

We stayed here during the first week of May 2019. The house is really great, even better than the pictures. The surrounding of the house is excellent. It's really quit. When we arrived Andrea was waiting to show us the house. The house was very clean. The swimming-pool and jacuzzi are perfect to relax. In the cellar there is a great relax room to play pool, ping-pong or play darts. Perfect and proper place for a perfect holiday. Thank you Andrea for your hospitality.
