MOOSE LODGE Beautiful log cabin near Ossipee Lake
Hermosa cabaña rústica escondida en el bosque. Aléjese de todo en esta acogedora casa de 2 dormitorios y un baño. Con una gran buhardilla, esta cabaña rural tiene capacidad para seis personas con una cama king size en el dormitorio principal y una reina en el desván. También hay 2 futones queen extraíbles. Esta casa viene completa con lavandería, cocina a gas en la cocina, porche delantero y terraza trasera con parrilla, y una gran entrada circular para acomodar su bote. Sábanas y toallas incluidas. ¡Disfruta de la pesca o la navegación con los niños! Por la noche, puede encender un fuego en la hoguera para fumar. Estamos a solo 5 minutos del lanzamiento del bote público RT 25 al hermoso lago Ossipee y al campo de golf Indian Mound. We loved everything about our stay from start to finish. The home was perfect, spotless, and well stocked with necessities and more. The owner was very responsive and accommodating, which made our stay seem less. We won’t hesitate to return to this gem!

We had one major problem; the kitchen was filthy; not cleaned up as it should have been.
We notified the host. He apologized and agreed it should not have happened.
We spent a couple of hours and cleaned it up pretty well.
We also had a small issue with ants. We bought some ant traps and that took care of that issue.
We liked the cabin. It is beautiful. The air conditioning worked great. TVs were great. We used the BBQ. I would recommend that this be taken apart and cleaned thoroughly as well.
We told the host that we believe there is a problem with the refrigerator that should be checked out. Generated a lot of water and condensation overnight. We worked around this issue as well.

Everything was perfect, exactly what we expected and more.. The only negative is after being out all day and wanting to just relax and watch TV.. The internet was less then stellar to even stream on one tv without buffering or picture freezing so it could catch up.. Definitely need a higher speed internet package

Great spot for our family! We were primarily looking for a space of our own to regroup after many long days of family events, and this was perfect for us. Kids loved all the TVs and the sleeping options!

This cabin is very clean, comfortable and complete with many amenities. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds were comfortable, bathroom was roomy, and the house was warm and cosy. It has a nice sitting area with a fireplace and TV. The owner offered us use of his kitchen staple items which came in handy since we like to cook. Since the weekend we were there was below zero, the owner reached out to us to make sure that the heat, etc. was working fine which was much appreciated. We chose this house since it is located about 7 minutes from where our son lives in Center Ossipee. Moose Lodge is conveniently located. It is less than 10 minutes away to Hannaford's (large grocery store). It's about 30 minutes from Wolfboro and about 35 minutes to North Conway. There are nearby lakes for swimming, mountain for skiing, and lots of hiking trails.

Just what we needed
We were looking for a relaxing week away with our dog and Moose Lodge fit the bill. Very comfortable, nicely decorated and the yard was great for the dog to get some exercise. Great location with easy access to NH's lakes as well as the White Mountains. Wolfeboro and North Conway are an easy drive away. Would stay here again.

Our experience with renting from the owner was great. The place was clean. The only thing was for the owners was the cleaning company left the towels in the dryer and they had a little bit of a smell

Very clean and relaxing. We really enjoyed the fact that little extras for food and supplies were available if needed. The only thing I would suggest for the future is information about local recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area.

Rustic Getaway
We loved the cabin, it was so cozy and had everything you could possibly need. Plenty of dried firewood outside for the fire pit. It was a little drive to the lake (20 minutes) but the house was set in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of privacy. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a low key outdoorsy get away. Ossipee Lake was great too!

Great place
Cozy, comfortable and clean. What more could you ask for? There were lots of pans to cook with, the beds were really comfortable, there was an inviting fireplace, games to play, and kid and dog friendly. We stayed in winter, but I bet the property is beautiful in the summer with 2 porches, and space outside to play. We had a great time!

A very nice cabin in the woods
Everything was very clean and good taste for a hunting log cabin! We had everything we needed for cooking. The beds were very comfortable and our Labrador Max says he appreciated all the Lab pictures. We met Christian on thew way out and enjoyed our brief chat. We would definately recommend Moose Lodge.

Moose Lodge
My wife and I and our 2 labs had a wonderful stay. Although there was a power outage Friday night but by Saturday morning the power was back. Enjoyed the stay place was comfortable and very dog friendly we will be back

Cabin retreat
The rental was exactly the kind of space we needed to keep our distance from other people, but still not be too far from shops, hiking, and kayaking locations. The owner was quick to respond to any questions that arose. We wish we could have stayed longer! A good place to bring your dog.

Wonderful Stay at Moose Lodge
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Moose Lodge. It was conveniently located to Lake Ossipee and Lake Winnipesaukee.
The lodge was cleaned properly upon our arrival and the property manager was easily available for any questions. We would certainly come back and stay at Moose Lodge again!
One thing I will say is, be careful with the front steps as walking up granite rocks can be uneven and there is not a hand rail.

Perfectly quiet and rustic
Moose Lodge brought back memories of the in-laws "ranch" in Central California - definitely the outdoors man vibe but completely comfortable with necessary amenities. Neighborhood was quiet with easy access to local sites. We had a great time getting to know the Lakes region.

Wonderful experience in a beautiful cabin
Our stay was very enjoyable and relaxing. We didn’t utilize the upstairs or downstairs because it was just myself and my husband. Our English Bulldog also enjoyed her stay. Upon arrival, the check in process was very easy. Communication with the property manager and the owner was very easy and quick replies to questions were very appreciated. There was an honor system in regards to toiletries and food. What we used we just replaced before we left. The lawn wasn’t mowed when we got there and made it a little difficult to clean up after our dog. It is a beautiful house and we plan on renting again next summer.

Great family escape
I loved this cabin. It was a short ride to the Ossipee Lake Marina and was set in a quiet neighborhood. There were 5 of us staying and there was more than enough room to spread out. Even my dog felt at home. The owner communicated very well and responded quickly to questions. Easy check in. Loved the atmosphere.

Cute cabin, but a bit smaller than expected. Nice sized bathroom with laundry was a plus.
The basement family room was not usable for more than a mudroom due to a heavy wood smoke smell that lingered for our stay. Not the cleanest upon arrival, but as it’s pet friendly, we overlooked that and did a quick clean up.
The loft area was great for the kids!
Kitchen well equipped, but tiny.
Communicate with property manager as we expected to be plowed (8” of snow) and never were. Perhaps our mistake for assuming.
Better fit for very small family or couple.

Great Property!
This property was great. It was clean, beautiful and had everything we needed. The owner was responsive and easy to work with. I only gave accuracy of listing a 3 because on line, the loft showed 2 queens and there was only 1 when we got there. The owner since explained they were replacing it. It just would have been nice to know ahead of time but this was not a major issue. We had a great time and I would highly recommend this property.
