The rooms were extremely nice and clean. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

There were some young adults running down the hall at around 2 am being obnoxious and loud.

Not like the pictures shown. Construction outside was not mentioned. Room wasn't clean enough.

Great location. The room was updated and clean. Very quiet in the room with aircon and a beautiful bathroom and tub.

Friendly, helpful staff, reasonably convenient location, clean, comfortable and quiet. Parking beneath the hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was pretty good, but a couple of glasses in the room would've been handy. The rug/towel for the bathroom floor was very ragged and tatty. Other towels were fine.

I liked bath tub but the hole gets open too easily.

Heater!! They don’t have hot air conditioner. Only cold air conditioner. It was too cold to put off my jumper in the room, and I couldn’t find heater. And i called front desk, and they say they didn’t turn on heater cause that night is not that cold. It was 11degree!! Thankfully they turned on the heater but it takes more than one hour to get hot enough to put off jumper. I never understand they didn’t put heater right after i checked in. But they tried to help us after i called them.
