The home was perfect. Situated right on the Blue River, it was a perfect place to escape the August heat in the south. It's location is convenient to town, whether by walk or by the free transit system in Breckenridge. It is located in a quiet neighborhood allowing the sound of the river to be the dominant sound in the living areas. The kitchen is well equipped. I am sure we'll be back.

Cannot recommend this house enough!
We had a great stay at this house. It was the perfect size for the 9 of us for 4 nights. The house had everything we needed and was super comfortable.

Amazing location and comfortable, luxurious layout and interior. Plenty of space, light and views on a quiet street from which you can still walk to town. We loved the house and will be back! Highlights: Great showers and super comfortable beds and bedding, plus really fun games for the family :)

This house was the perfect location for a family ski trip. The location was great and we loved the cozy high-end decor. The hot tub was a great amenity after a day on the slopes. Would love to stay here again!

Lovely property. It says a 10 minute walk to peak 9 base on the listing, but it is around 20 minutes, no big deal though. Easy access to the shuttle.

This house was the perfect location for a family ski trip. The location was great and we loved the cozy high-end decor. The hot tub was a great amenity after a day on the slopes. Would love to stay here again!

The deck was the best room!
Absolutely loved staying here! The kitchen was well equipped, comfy luxurious beds, and we ate every meal on the deck, listening to the river going by. Will be back.

Once a year our family takes an annual vacation. Our 4 grown kids have their own schedules to juggle in order to make these trips happen so they are very important to us. Upon arrival, we were more than thrilled with this beautiful house and the space. However, the cleanliness was less than desirable. We had brought some cleaning supplies with us and thank goodness we did, there were only two dish towels in the entire unit, some glass cleaner and paper towels. We spent an hour wiping down counters, walls, handrailings and the kitchen floor. We ran out of our own supplies so we went to the grocery store for more. The owners of this unit, Mike and Anna have impeccable taste. The home was absolutely beautiful, perfect for all of us and in a perfect location to Breck. But I am sure they would be very disappointed with the property management and lack of cleanliness provided.

Great location and beautiful house!!
This house was wonderful for our family. The layout was perfect! Each of our three kids had their own private room and bathroom in the basement. The master was upstairs all by itself and private. The kitchen had everything we needed. We loved sitting on the outdoor deck and listening to the river that is right in the backyard. The view out back and out front can’t be beat. The kids enjoyed the private hot tub each night. We loved everything about our stay at this beautiful property. It was in a quiet area but not too far to town. Main Street is within walking distance. There is a bus stop at the entrance to the neighborhood. Non contact check in and out was easy. Highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again when back to Breckenridge!

Great mountain getaway
Great location. You can walk to town in 10-12 minutes so this house location is quieter, with a river in the back. Loved the kitchen, upper and lower decks and the hot tub. Lots of room for family meals and playing games. Enjoyed our trip! SkyRun was helpful and checking in and out so easy

Amazing location
The house was perfect for our 3 families to spread out and have plenty of room. You can’t beat the view and the river in the backyard, and the hot tub was the perfect place to relax.
Overall, we loved the house...but the property management group was awful. As soon as we arrived, we let them know the dishwasher was broken. They sent someone out who “supposedly” fixed it...but they did not. We reached out again letting them know it was still broken (through voicemails and email) and we never heard another word from them. We had to hand wash dishes for 5 days (and we had 11 people total). It was beyond an inconvenience. We also had to go out and buy a coffee maker because the one in the house was terrible.

Thanksgiving in Breckenridge
This beautiful home was exactly as described. The kitchen was very well stocked and we were able to celebrate an amazing Thanksgiving with a beautiful dinner. The beds were very comfortable. It was wonderful listening to the river while enjoying the large hot tub. We truly enjoyed our stay here!

Stunning property - upscale amenities - simple, classic and impeccable decorating
I rented this property for a 40th surprise birthday party for my wife. We had family and friends traveling great distances to join in on the surprise. This property impressed everyone and I continue to hear about how great the place was. With 4 bedrooms and 3 en suite bathrooms, this couldn't have been better. Every couple had their own room and bathroom, great for privacy. The 4th bedroom has a full bathroom immediately outside the bedroom door. The layout of the property is ideal - an entire floor separates the master suite from the lower lever bedrooms - and there is a 1/2 bath on the main (entertaining) level. The property is constructed very well using quality materials and finishes - you can tell by the airspace, everything is sound tight and clean. There are multiple thermostats and the temp control through each floor was on point. The property backs up the the Blue River and this provides a natural ambiance when outside. The hot tub is tucked nicely underneath the deck and overlooks the trees and the river. The neighborhood is quiet and the street is a dead end, while also being walking distance from the South end of Main St. Check-in was simple and very well communicated. All in all, I couldn't have chosen a better place for our Breckenridge experience.

I really enjoyed staying here we did run into some issues but we had a fast response to get issues resolved the river is so peaceful and I enjoyed every minute of it. It was such a beautiful neighborhood and that house was pretty clean when arrived again any issues we had were resolved for anyone who like to cook and use seasoned while there up there like my self make sure you bring extra seasoning they just have the basics. It’s also a very short walk to town so it’s perfect in location as well!

Great stay in relaxing area
River's Edge Retreat is a beautiful home my family continues to come back to. Great location...close to town but far enough out that it is quiet. One of the best parts of this home is cooking on the Wolf appliances, they are fantastic! Only a few things I would change... 1) little bit deeper of a cleaning (our socks got dirty from walking on the main level), 2) some dishes were broken/cracked and needed replaced and 3) the towels are so cheap I should consider bringing my own next time. However, overall this is a great place to stay and we will return. SkyRun is also very attentive and quick to respond to any concerns. Would absolutely recommend booking a vacation with SkyRun.

Great condo in a perfect location
We had 2 families in this unit for a week and it was the perfect space for us! Plenty of beds/baths, well equipped with bath towels, dishes, appliances, and good starter items like paper towels, soap, toilet paper etc. Best of all was the outdoor space and the river running right behind us. A very peaceful deck for sitting and listening to the water while reading, talking with friends, or grilling out for dinner. This condo is extremely close to town yet felt very private. Mgmt was also very responsive and attentive. Overall we would definitely stay here again if we came back to Breckenridge!
