The location was perfect. Very close to the market, the river, the Citadel and the streets near the hotel were closed for the weekend nights for bars and celebration 🎉

Never met a hotel staff so accommodating and helpful! We had multiple items like tours, laundry, and transportation that they completely took care of…10/10

Location was good in the night walking area. Staff were very helpful. They organised a boat tour. Let us leave our luggage. Looked after us well. Went out of their way to look after us. Very good English.
Other guests were noisy in corridors until midnight but I think this is because there were many families going to the festival. It was during Hue public holidays for the festival - so unusual.

The location is in an area close to bars and restaurants. The staff are very friendly and willing to help.
Unfortunately the fridges in the rooms were not working

The staff were great and super nice. The property was easy to find and had easy access to good food in the area. The room and bathroom was spacious and was nice and clean.
The balcony doors could be a little tighter. Outside noise travels in easy. The WiFi could be stronger.

They offer support from food, taxi calling, to suggesting good spots to order food gifts.

- Sometimes help/suggestions from staff were more of a sales pitch but this has been a fairly common experience in Vietnam

Technically, some tiny spots in room seemed to drop off its perfection which was without face towels and clogged drain in the bathroom. Beside the space had an inconclusive wardrobe !

Very friendly and helpful staff who helped make our stay an enjoyable one. The hotel is ideally situated on one of the walking streets. Would recommend.

This was a great hotel in a great location. We rented a scooter and it was about 10 minutes to all of the sights that we wanted to see which was a bonus. The staff are exceptional. They are so welcoming and extremely helpful, I cannot praise them enough.

The hotel definitely exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect and the hotel staff is fantastically enthusiastic, friendly, cooperative and professional. Any assistance you need with motorbike rental, airport transfer, city tour or any advice - you will always get it immediately and with great enthusiasm.
