The location was super good, next to the sea and you can walk to old town and no worries with parking the car.

The location is right next to the sea. The apartment is well maintained and clean with all required amenities and a garage too. Kitchen is well equipped to be used. There are groceries available nearby. Igor was reachable on phone all the time. He also came over personally when we needed some help in the evening hours. Overall it was a lovely experience.

The property is first line to the sea across a quite road, Igor the owner is a very nice person who sent us messages of places we may like to visit or drink and eat at, the apartment was large enough to accommodate our party of four and is well equipped, the Owner had put complimentary drinks and milk in the fridge for us thank you, a steady Strole into the old town of Zadar (about twenty minutes max)i would definitely stay there again if holidaying in Zadar .

The shower is over the bath which could be a problem for some people with disabilities and the apartment is up two flights of stairs it could be worth noting, but our party was all fairly young and fit at heart

Location was great! We saw the sea from the window! Contact with host was also very good. We received many useful tips! Barka is great for a weekend in Zadar.

We liked everything. First: the location close to the bus station, really easy of access. And less than 5min of walk from the beach. You just have to cross a street which is secure. And finally, close from the center 20min of walk along the sea. So you are at peace in the evening but you can still go out to enjoy nightlife or cocktails (15min from Butler's Gourmet & Cocktails, really nice cocktails there!). Second: the availability of the owner. Meet us to get the keys, explained all. Send us some locations of site, restaurant...in a really timely manner. We had to take a ferry and needed some bikes, and he got them just in time! Third: 2 bikes available! And good bikes, not to heavy, good flat and brakes... So really easy to go for a ride (if you want to walk downtown), or even take the ferry to an island (no need to rent some). Fourth: really comfy beds, in a quiet area. So good nights of rest to enjoy the rest of the trip!

That we could not stay much longer, already missing croatian time!

Location is excellent, literally a few metres from the beach. Free bicycles were provided, which made life even easier. Close to supermarkets and 10 minutes walk from the old town. Self catering facilities were useful as I was able to prepare food at home. Really great stay !

Beds only had blankets, no duvet.
