day of arrival, received an email with door codes... self check in.

got mixed instructions from property management company(s). was instructed to go to off property office to get "keys"... office was locked, and it was confusing info to use "code" to open mailbox to get actual keys. We then checked email, where we found the key code for our condo at the property. instructions to go first to office was incorrect and confusing. Two sets of instructions.

We really liked the condo. The owners have a great unit for sure. Beautiful view, quick access to the pool and all the essentials were there that we needed. The other owners we met and spoke to while we were there were very kind and welcoming as well. There is a locally owned pizza shop across the street that we enjoyed our first night there. Highly recommend but be ready to wait as they were swamped with business. It was worth the wait. You can place your order online through their website. Great kids room if you have multiple kids coming. You can put them all in one room together!

If you’re needing wifi access, what is provided is not quite reliable enough if you’re needing to get any work done. I had to use hotspot on my phone most of the time we were there. I looked around to see if I could find a modem in the unit and no luck. It’s strong enough to check your email, but will not hold a connection strong enough to video conference without consistently lagging. Again, this did not make us not enjoy our trip, just wanting to put that out there in case anyone is relying on it. I know many of us these days are working remotely. And something always comes up on a vacation. haha. If you have kids who are into gaming when you’re taking a break and just hanging out, you’ll need to have a secondary option. One note I would like to include so the booking companies can make changes. We were given info that there were beach chair rentals available. I called the number that was given and was told they did not service this building. They referred me to another number that also told me they did not service this building. I could clearly see both businesses at buildings not far from us, but neither was willing to help us out. So, make sure that you bring your own chairs/umbrella for the beach.
