Esta casa GRANDE de dos pisos cuenta con dos áreas de estar y dos áreas de comedor para adaptarse a su gran familia extendida. La casa es de seis habitaciones / cuatro baños y puede alojar fácilmente hasta 16 personas.
En la planta superior hay 2 dormitorios principales que cuentan con baño privado y otra habitación con una cama king size. Las siguientes dos habitaciones cuentan con 2 camas individuales para cada habitación, una con tema Frozen para tus chicas y otra con el tema Cars para tus hijos. En la planta baja tenemos un dormitorio con una cama doble.
El garaje está equipado con una sala de juegos, mesa de billar, mesa de hockey de aire y mesa de futbolín.

Host is amazing!!! communicate fast and resolve any "issues" instantly. We were like 2 minutes from Walmart and 6 minutes from Disney Arch. Beds are super comfortable, even the pillows. Lots of things to do nearby, including Disney, Universal, Old town, and a lots of amazing restaurants nearby. Super clean, easy to find. The amenities in the resort are super!!!! Thank you Mr. Xiong for making our family vacation a super memorable one!!! We love our stay and for sure will be back.

My family and friends had a peaceful to rest up from all the resorts. This location is near the all the theme parks, close to Walmart for us to grab additional items, close to restaurants and most of all... plenty of space for all the kids to roam around, game area, big enough pool for them to splash away. Chai was communicative and able to provide what we need to feel comfortable. Thank you Chai and I highly recommend booking with his properties.

We absolutely loved this house! It was very comfortable, very clean, well equipped and organized. The host was awesome! We had the pleasure of meeting him. He was very nice and easy to get a hold of and to talk to. I will definitely be contacting him again for another stay!

The house and location was beautiful, the check-in instructions were great, everything went really well! The only complaint I had is that on several occasions I reached out to the manager with questions, and never received any return messages.

We had a great time at this property. We shared the house with family and there was plenty of space. It had everything we needed for the adults and kids. The owner was responsive when we needed him. We would stay again.

We stayed for 15 days and here's the pluses and minuses. The location was great. Last year we stayed in the Davenport area and getting anywhere from there is a struggle. This community is very close to Disney and Celebration. The community center and pool is a great family attraction and the water was warm even though we had lower than average temps during our end of Feb stay. The community is also great for walking and there is a tennis/pickleball court and basketball court. The price for the size of the house was excellent. The minuses are the game room is not real great. Air hockey doesn't work well, the pool table is not very good. The heated pool was never as warm as the community pool. The kitchen cabinets have had heavy wear. But the location, the price and the community pool all negate the minuses. So yes, we would stay here again. Chai is responsive to any questions or issues that come up.

Traveled & stayed with large family group, seek properties which can accommodate us and meet certain levels of expectations. Property checked many of our expectations, however fell short on some simple amenities we have been treated to in past platform rentals. One towel per person, One roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towel in kitchen, no dish cloths or dish towels, no simple condiments like salt & pepper for week long booking. Some cookware in need of replacement, i.e. dented frying pan with very loose handle, toaster needs to be refreshed. Overall cookware, utensils, flatware and such was abundant and in good condition. Upon arrival found puddle of water on floor at refrigerator, this was caused by excess ice buildup along backside of refrigerator wall and as it melted was pooling inside the fridge and dripping onto kitchen floor. Should have been caught and addressed by cleaning crew but sadly such services are generally pressed for time and can quickly overlook such issues. As was evident by oven cleaner residue still remaining on sidewalls of the oven. Host Chai was extremely responsive and attentive to all questions and issues. Overall 3.75 STARS - great central FL location and community environment & property. With a little attention to small details this could easily be a 5 star property. Suggest a welcome booklet with info on property / how to's / Check-in/Check-out / trash pick-up / local places of interest / dining suggestions etc. etc.

House is mostly as advertised but as some others said could use a deep cleaning and some repairs. Paint peeling off a lot of cabinets and drawers, some drawers seem to be falling apart, door stoppers/spring rusty and without rubber protectors, etc. location is great for both proximity to the playground and only a 5 minute walk from the community pool. Pool at the house was great, heated as requested, worked great for kids. Game room is also semi as pictured but the cue sticks for the pool table don’t have any tips so basically unusable and the air hockey table doesn’t actually have any of the disks so you can’t play.

Very dirty. Upon entry the smell of mold hits you in the face. After just five minutes in the property I was having problems with my breathing. I am asthmatic and the mold made it hard to breathe. Carpets were filthy, furniture looks like it came out of a garbage pile. After emailing the owner he finally got back to me over 24hrs later and accused me of scamming or whatever. We booked this home last minute after the first home owner canceled on us due to an emergency with the home. I even explained this to this owner since it was a last min booking. He even called me a pro (whatever that means) yes we have pictures to show filth in the home. The pictures he has posted are not up to date. VRBO representative also stated that the breathing issues I had and the mold are minor issue. Very disappointed with this home and process.

This was our 1st time staying at this location in Florida. The check in process was smooth other than the the house was being cleaned right before check in.

House Size: As described in the description, very big and good pool size.
Game Room: Pool table missing a ball and half broken, air hockey doesn’t work
Appearance: furniture out dated, walls need repainted
Host: Wonderful, very responsive and will come to the house if needed.

We rented this property for a family Disney trip- there were 10 of us. This property was perfect for our trip! Plenty of room and the pool and resort amenities were great for the entire group. Quick drive to Disney and close to a Walmart for convenient shopping. Would love to stay again!

Super non co-operative Host. The way he talked to us or way he informed things to us was rude. We asked for maintainence request and he immediately started blaming us that we broke things in his house.

Good property and manager/owner quite helpful
This property is in a good location. We have stayed in this community on precious trips. We had 8 people and this property had more than enough space. Property had more than enough for most. PS4, multiple televisions, pool and game room. Also, while there is a little traffic it’s in perfect proximity to gas, grocery, Walmart and restaurants.

Lots of room, great location for Disney parks
We enjoyed our time at this house. There is plenty of room and the layout was great for our family of four (kids ages 7 & 4) plus grandmother and uncle. The pool was nice, and so was the game room. The gated community felt safe and secure. The only negatives were that some of the carpets and cabinets were worn/decor dated, and we would have liked more pillows and towels. Overall, a great place to stay when you have a big group going to Disney World.
