it was on the beach and private. both rooms were nice size and liked to have two big beds instead of two small in one room and the large in master.

parking was terrible. condo was dirty and we left it cleaner than when we arrived. elevator stopped working doors didn’t like to open. flashing light in lobby each night.

Central location to many good restaurants & other attractions. And it was right on the beach with an amazing view! Pool is nice too.

Mattress in master bedroom is too hard. Husband woke up every morning with back ache.

I loved the layout of the condo

the location and the views were amazing

the unit is in serious need of a facelift as the carpet is beyond needing replaced and the furniture and finishes have seen better days. other units (specifically the one my brothers family rents annually) were beautiful. the building is undergoing construction so the dust and noise can be a bit much. however, management helped quickly address any concerns and the building will be beautiful once complete.

The room was outdated tears in furniture,broken appliances,mold in shower, whirlpool tub didn't work.the dishwasher broken.men working on Saturday ,smelling primer.the sink in kitchen doesn't work.

This property should b closed they are done with renovations….i booked my trip a month out….they dont tell u that they are doing renovations until after you have already booked the place. the pool the gym even the walk way to the beach is closed. would not let us rebook any were else. the parking was terrible…there was no lobby didnt see staff at all except once wen i asked for extra towels. they were pressure washing the building during my stay the whole building even our windows and doors the water leaked under the door and caused the elevators to stop working so we had to use the stairs for the remainder of our trip we had to carry all our luggage down 3 flights of stairs. the carpet was extremely dirty and the tub in the master bath would squirt water out the jets all over the bathroom. whom ever was communicating with me thru text message was polite but didnt come see about my complaints and only brought me extra towels out of the few things i asked for

everything was under construction. no beach access. no pool broken elevator and we stayed on 12th floor no jacuzzi tub
