Une fois une épicerie des années 1930, le bâtiment abrite une suite d'une chambre avec cuisine complète, un salon avec coupe, une chambre avec lit queen, une salle de bain dans le centre-ville immédiat. Wi-Fi gratuit, TV en streaming. Entrée privée à l'arrière du bâtiment. Peut accueillir deux personnes, mais pourrait dormir une personne supplémentaire sur sectionnel.

Cute little apartment that met my needs for a quick getaway to plan for my 2024 business strategy. Shawn was very responsive when I texted him re: an outlet issue. Spring Green has great options including a cafe, bar, shops & hiking trails. As stated in other reviews there is noise from above neighbors, but nothing crazy loud. Thanks for your hospitality!

The place was very clean and it was perfect for one night with me and two friends. It was also in the midde of all the locations we wanted to go to. Communication was all through VRBO, easy and fast. Def would come again :)

Loved my stay! Only issue is the sound of the floor above me when people are walking, more so late at night.
Otherwise, great location. Anytime I can hang out in my old stomping grounds, it's a joy.

The place was clean, as described with a perfect downtown location. We were able to walk to dinner, the local theater show, and after show drinks with friends. We will likely be booking the room again for an APT weekend(if available).

There have been a few updates since the photos here were taken (new couch, some new decorations), but this place is great! Excellent location with bunch of cute little shops and cafés nearby. Very comfy!

Clean cozy little apartment. Great for a single person or a couple to stay in Spring Green. Very central location for all local activities and attractions. I did hear the upstairs neighbors as mentioned in other reviews. It’s an old building without any sound deadening between the floors. I don’t think they were trying to be rude in any way. I would stay there again and recommend you stay there.

Loved my stay! Excellent accommodations. Only minus is there is no toaster. I would definitely recommend this place. How can you not like Spring Green. This has you in the center of many things to do.

This place was perfect for our stay in Spring Green. The space is really cute and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. You can walk to many of the great spots in town (coffee shops, bars, book store, restaurants) and there is even a little patio for relaxing. We would definitely stay again!

Shawn was very communicative and the apartment is quite adequate. It has a very cute outdoor space but our weather was too cold.

Clean and quiet. Hidden in a short alley in back of building. Nice little patio outside the door. Close to several places to eat.
Front door and lock are difficult to deal with.

Perfect Location in Spring Green, right in the middle of everything. Shortest drive to APT we have had as well. We did get rain, and used the Living room & kitchen to wait it out. Much nicer then stays at the local Hotels/Motels when weather is not great.

Cozy apartment that completely met our needs. It is in a great location with easy access via car to all the local attractions. Bonus is a cute little outdoor area that we enjoyed in the evening. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent getaway for a couple. Useful kitchen, nice little patio off entrance between two buildings in the center of Spring Green. Plan on staying again in the future.

This place in the heart of the center of Spring Green was really sweet. It is perfect for two people/couple. It is very nice, clean, cool decor, high ceilings with the old decorative tin panels. Very comfortable. We ate our dinner out on the cozy deck. Our third person stayed on the couch in the living room. This place is across the street from an amazing independent bookstore/coffee shop Arcadia Books and walkable to anything in downtown Spring Green. Easy drive to American Players Theater, Taliesin and House on the Rock. The host was attentive and good communicator.

Reunion Stay
The place was very nice. Close enough to everything we needed. The only negative was the people upstairs were quite noisy at night. Would stay there again.

The apartment was very nice and comfortable. Loved the little “deck” area. You can hear the upstairs apartment so bring earplugs.

The place was as listed . However , no one mentioned the people upstairs ! They came in late and stayed up really late and were really loud . The floor above squeaked very loud when they walked around. Then made loud thumping noises very early in the morning . Never could figure out the morning noise . It sounded mechanical! They kept us up after midnight and woke us up before 6:00am both mornings . Other complaint- the tv was streaming only . We could only watch Roku . No live tv ! The owner may not be aware of the people upstairs .

Well kept and clean
Nice little place. Had all of the necessities and good wifi. We encountered one issue, but it has NOTHING to do with the unit itself. We found that the area is a dead spot for cell service. We could not text or call from the immediate area. Just wanted to mention that for people who need to stay connected. Otherwise, top notch!

Great Location
Cute little place that is walking distance to places to eat and also the local grocery store. There is a great place for flatbread pizza across the street at Last Leaf Public House and it is only about a 5 minute drive to Taleisin. The apartment had everything we needed and a cute little deck to sit on. We would stay here again.
