The beds were not properly made, had hair on them & I assume were not washed. they were wrinkly as well as the pillows. Overall looked like they had been slept in.
The floors were filthy!! And looked like they hadn't been swept or mopped in weeks. Whole room was DUSTY. The bathroom and sink area was filthy, hadn't been wiped down or cleaned, there was hair on the toilet & the toilet seat was dirty underneath. The shower had hair in it. The sink area were the blow dryer was, was absolutely dirty and never been cleaned from the looks. The Bathroom Mirror & room mirror had finger smudges. So they weren't clean either. The whole room itself was dirty, Filthy & smelled. My pictures don't even do justice on how dirty it was.

We saw a roach and the smell of what I believe was Indian food was very, very strong.

Noisey area you could hear people in hallway and cars going bu outside. Room was dated. I saw one critter😫

The floor in the room
The location of hotel was convenient to restaurants and main highway. However; the appearance and condition of the room was horrible. I found roaches in the room and had to sleep with the lights on so I could see them and ensure they didn't get on the bed. The bathroom was in horrible condition. You could you black mold in the tub and floor. The only good thing of the room was the floor. When I checked out the next morning, I told the front desk agent about the roaches and she said that was normal and that they were fumigating. Her response was unacceptable. I will never stay there again.

The bathroom was clean but the paint and caulk was peeling on and around the tub

The staff and owners were all friendly, helpful, and kind. We enjoyed our stay very much and recommend them to others. We would stay there again;)
