Beds are exceptionally comfortable. Breakfast buffet had a large choice and included a variety of hot items. All food was fresh and tasted wonderful. The staff were all very friendly and ready to make our stay the best ever.
Parking was too tight.

I did not like the absence of common area such as a lobby to spend some indoor time when it rains outside and the fact that dining room open until 9pm

Rooms are very comfortable. Beds are great. We had a soaking jet tub in our room which was very nice. View of the lake is beautiful and staff is very helpful and friendly. Great breakfast!

I have bad knees and have trouble with stairs, we were in the 3rd floor and had to go up and down those steps several times a day, if we would have known about the steps we would have requested a room that didn’t require stairs….

Great location, great amenities like the pool, hot tub, tasty breakfast, and waterfront with beautiful views!!Beds were very comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful
Not enough outlets to plug in coffee machine in the room without moving it around. Alarm clock in room has super bright light, had to stick it under the bed because we prefer darkness when we sleep.

Location
Only one elevator not convenient if you’re in room number 23, 24 or 25 because we have to drag our bags to make a 8 or more steps down to get to our room . Not recommended for handicapped people or older people . The customer service desk by the pool area was not friendly like were bothering her because she was too with her phone .

Pool was under construction and we weren’t told about it. If we had known, we would have stayed somewhere else.

The beach was wonderful and the restaurant deck to sit on at night by the fire was amazing.

the view was exceptional. Breakfast was perfect. I really was so Blessed to have meet River, he was the one with all the answers. He found a staff member to help with our luggage.
How the Hotel has stairs on every floor. It is not very handicap assessable.

The view from the room was amazing. The breakfast was good. The staff was friendly. The room was clean. Despite the thing I didn't like I would still stay here again because I loved the view.
The main reason I booked it was for the Hot Tub and it was broke down. The jacuzzi tub in the room was nice the water got really hot which was a nice replacement for the hot tub but the wall switches were faulty, the light was out above the tub, plus when we turned it on the first time black hair and fuzz came out out of the jets into the tub. The bed was ok but sits on a weird frame that makes it really high and not very stable. The gutters have bushes growing from them.

great location, some lake facing rooms are very pretty too.
It wasn’t worth what we paid for it. It seemed that either a previous guest had forgotten a mobile phone somewhere in the bed, or the walls were so thin that the vibration from a neighbouring room was coming through. It went off really early in the morning and none of us could sleep after. We tried looking for the source of the vibration but couldn’t find anything.
After that, the room provided alarm clock went off, even though we hadn’t set it to go off.
Our sleep was ruined, and we just couldn’t go to bed after.

Clean rooms, comfortable. The waterfront was beautiful.The beach firepit is a nice touch. Complimentary breakfast was the same every morning, but still good.

the room was ok but sink handle was hooked up wrong hot to right and cold to left. also bathtub felt like it eas going to fall thru the floor. left a puddle in the middle of tub after showering
