My family and I booked a last minute trip to the Wisconsin Dells and this was a great location and accommodation for us. It was super close to everything downtown and fit our family comfortably.

Spacious and worked well for 2 family stay in the Dells area. Enjoyed being able to use the outdoor pool. Very easy check in.

The mattress in the master bedroom was the most comfortable we have slept on. We would be interested in knowing what brand it is. Team members were all very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful outdoor, home very comfortable, love there was towels and soap around the house. Swimming pool was great and close by.

Everything was clean and was just as described and pictured. There was plenty of room for all of us, and it was close to Cascade Mountain. There was also a really nice gas station/mini grocery store and a lot of shopping places nearby so we could get last-minute items and things we forgot. It was also nice that we did not have to go back to the office for checkout. I also liked that there was a 24-hour phone number we could have called if we had an emergency issue with the property. When I called to ask about a few different properties and any promotions that were going on, the woman I spoke with was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. There was also no pressure when I said I wanted to make a few more calls. When we checked in the first night of our stay, the man at the office was friendly and helpful. He gave us a detailed map and went over it with us to make sure we found our unit easily. We had no problem finding it.

I would recommend supplying water park tickets and free cleaning service so the guest doesn’t have to feel like they have to rush The check in staff was very friendly and helpful on showing us how to get to the property

Overall I was very happy with the property. It worked perfectly for our needs. The only complaint I have is that the beds were very hard. They felt like sleeping on a concrete floor.

We were disappointed… the house was very clean but entry was super icy and unsafe, one of us fell on the icy walkway and stairs to the unit. There wasn’t even a bag of sand or ice melt for us to do it ourselves. The kitchen lacked pot holders, towels and anything to scrub dishes with. Dishes were dirty that were in the cupboard. Tv in the living room did not work, the upstairs bathroom shower sprayed everywhere and simple things like a hair dryer were not there.. I would not stay there again. Also we did not have access to any of the amenities - pool, hot tub, gym etc that are part of the resort that this unit is located in.

seriously add wifi and raise the rental like $20 I wouldn't have noticed

The Christmas Mountain condos are always a delight to stay at when my family comes to the Dells and they make us feel like we’re always at home. They are spacious and comfy houses The team members were great! Reserving the cabin and checking in was a pleasant experience and always is.

So unimpressed with this property. Condo smells bad, like pickles or old spices and had white residue on hard wood floora looked dirty foot prints. Downstairs tv doesnt work at all. Bathrooms are tiny and shower had black gray stain on bottom of it. Basement sheets had two green stains on them-disgusting. One bed had two bugs in it. No wifi or cell reception. Sent a message first night about property first not and they didnt respond. Gross and dirty do not pay to stay here!

Property was nice, plenty to do on site, clean and accommodating, only downside is the beds are a little rough to sleep on Working with the staff of sand County is so pleasant, very friendly and accommodating, really make you feel at home
