Great location… near the Louvre, Place de la Concorde, Champs Elysees, Seine River, Musee D’Orsay, etc. Very nice and comfortable accommodation. Tiny elevator but does the trick if you have mobility issues.

It is a very nice apartment where you get value for your money. The location is really good. Near lots of stores and centrally aligned. Would recommend this apartment for 3/4 guests. The hosts were also really involved and helpfull.

The elevator in the building is a bit small, but not a problem!

The location was perfect

The apartment was really small compared to the cost levied per night. The beds were uncomfortable and very small. There was a lack of additional or good quality pillows and the towels were cheap and obviously not very new. The WC was really small and not particularly pleasant to use or private. The insulation in the old building was poor and the main bedroom not overly private. We found it cold on our first evening but we could not turn up the heating in anyway and there were no additional blankets for the beds, so we used our coats on the bed to warm us up. In the kitchen, it would have been a nice idea to leave a welcome pack with perhaps some water and also milk, so that we could have had a cup of tea rather than just the usual espresso capsules. The incessant calls and emails throughout are stay were also completely unnecessary. I also don’t appreciate being called and told to leave a 10/10 revue. Nothing was terrible, just a huge feeling over being underwhelmed. I also want the option of telling future guests what they are going to expect rather than just what you want them to hear.. If you want a bolt hole to stay in Central Paris there are far better and more economical options to enjoy.

Clean, comfortable, excellent communication with the staff in English. Location is perfect! Recent furnishings are classy, with some modern touches. Our stay felt like we had our little home in Paris. Appreciated the attention to detail and very helpful information provided by the hosts in a dossier. Would highly reccomend and return!

Neighbors might get a little noisy after 12am, playing loud music and such. Not a problem for us, but could be for other people.

The location was close enough to the metro and supermarkets.

I didn't like being given the wrong code to get into the apartment and didn't like the tiny lift. Nothing conveyed earlier could have prepared me for that tiny size.
