Notre nouvel et moderne appartement face à l'océan avec deux chambres à coucher, qui est également situé directement en face d'un parc national et d'un estuaire. La suite est bien aménagée et comprend un confortable espace cuisine / salon décloisonné offrant une cuisine bien équipée avec des sièges décontractés au comptoir en granit. Les chambres sont joliment meublées et finies en pierre de corail. Le coin salon mène au patio couvert qui propose des tables et des chaises longues à l'extérieur pour se détendre tout en admirant le magnifique océan et l'action de kitesurf sur la plage de Silver Sands pendant les mois d'hiver. Nous sommes à une minute du magasin de planche à voile De Action et à quelques minutes d'Oistins et de St Lawrence Gap, réputés pour leur vie nocturne animée.

Beautiful clean and well-equipped, luxurious apartment on top level of the house in the wonderful location of Silver Sands, close to the town of Oistins. Large bedroom with a very comfortable bed and a very large wardrobe with plenty of hanging room as well as drawers. Bathroom has great shower.
Amazing view of the ocean (only about 150 feet away ) from the bedroom and living room windows and from the spacious balcony with table and chairs.
The hostess, Cheron was amazing! On top of being warm, friendly, and helpful, she had thought of everything and more. She went above and beyond, to ensure we had the most enjoyable and memorable 15th Wedding anniversary, by arranging lots of extra fun surprises when we went to restaurants and other events recommended by her!
We have been to many VRBO’s during the last few years and this has been our best experience by far, due to all her personal touches!
We will definitely be returning in the near future! We would highly recommend this vacation experience!

Cheron and Walwin provide everything to guests. Each work timelessly to keep the grounds pristine. This guesthouse is highly recommended. One should recognize that the vacinity is somewhat isolated but just a short walk to the shoreline.

Wonderful host who couldn’t help enough. Clean and high quality apartment. Big kitchen. Location is a little far out from Bridgetown and a car is a must. There is a good surf bar in walking distance. No supermarket within walking distance.

Cheron and spouse were amazing host ..Cheron was always there if and when we need anything. She recommended a wonderful driver to take us around safely . She recommended great places to eat beaches to go to . Her place was.very clean and had all amenities . Every thing was top notch.

Cheron's and Walwen's propery is as advertised: luxury, elegant, very well maintained. Super clean and comfortable, what you will call "home away from home" . The appartment is equiped with everything you possiblly need and and even more: coffee machine, beach towels, ACs in every room. No issues with any of the appliaces during stay.
Appartment is located in a quiet tranquil area, has beatiful balcony overlooking Silver Rock beach and Silver Sands Recreation park. Even the beach is more suitable for wind or kite surfing then swimming but still very nice for a walk or picknic, and observing surfers.
Cheron is an amazing host, very very helpfull, responsive to all our needs, with helpfull information about the area. There were snacks, drinks and rum puch (delicious) in a fridge as a welcome gift.
Silver Sands is perfect area: close to the airport, Oustins, St. Lawrence Gap , nice beaches and surf points/schools for beginners. If there is a car- you can't think of a better place. We didn't have a car, used public transportation (ZR buses) and taxi still were good.
Cheron's and Walwen's appartment is highly recommended, we would definetely revist it.

From the moment we arrived, Cheron and Walwen made us feel incredibly welcomed with their warmth and attentiveness. The apartment exceeded all our expectations—spotlessly clean, supremely comfortable, and equipped with everything we could possibly need, including a pitcher of Cheron’s delicious Bajan rum punch! Each main room had its own air conditioner, which was a blessing, because every day was in the upper 80s.
The location is quiet and off the beaten path, directly across from the beach! The views from the balcony and my bedroom window were great—it felt like we had our very own private beach!
We stayed for 12 nights and not once did we feel anything less than completely at home. I would absolutely recommend Cheron and Walwen’s place to anyone looking for a serene beach getaway. I’m already planning my return! 🤗 Cheron and Walwen, thank you for making my first trip to Barbados so comfortable and memorable!

Well what can we say ! FANTASTIC, Cheron and Walwen are the perfect hosts, we stayed at Coconut Walk for 4 weeks the location and the apartment are ideal with the beach 1 minute walk away, Cheron is always on hand to help with any questions. We did hire a car and it was delivered to the apartment, we can’t thank Cheron enough for all she done for us and we hope to return in the future, if you are looking for a home from home this is it.

The apartment is spectacular: recently renovated, beautiful architecture with a cathedral high wooden ceiling, large size rooms and easy-to-use appliances. The kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped. The living room has a great audio-video setup. The place is very clean and everything is in good working order. There is ample parking and a glorious garden equipped with an outdoor shower to get rid of the beach sand. There is a beautiful view from the living room and balcony of the beach and park. The host and their 2 dogs are amazingly welcoming. We greatly enjoyed our stay.

After a busy holiday, for our final three days we chose this area mainly for its proximity to the airport but the property offers perfect relaxation and a beautiful, quiet beach two minutes walk away. It is well equipped with extra touches that we would not necessarily have expected.
Cheron was so welcoming and helpful, we would not hesitate to recommend Coconut Walk Apartment.

Our hosts were fantastic. Cheron and Walwen made themselves available for anything that we needed. They provided great recommendations on things to do and places to eat. Having such gracious host made this trip even better.
The location was also very nice. We were on the more residential side of the island, but we loved it. You could see the beach from the balcony which was great to enjoy every morning with a cup of coffee or in the evenings with a glass of Cheron’s delicious rum punch. There is a bus right down the street that took us anywhere we could’ve wanted to go and it felt like we got a better experience than we would have at any type of resort on the other side of the island. My group will definitely be back and this is where we will stay!

We had a wonderful time at this apartment. We were four adults who enjoy cooking, and her kitchen was both pristine and quite well-stocked. A big plus was the air conditioners in all major rooms. We also appreciated the high-speed wi-fi, and the partial view and proximity of the ocean. There is also a very nice park adjacent to the beautiful beach.
The occasional downpour of rain on the tin roof was a special treat! I want one!!
Cheron made herself available for any needs--mainly we were missing baking dishes, and she brought us exactly what we needed. Said she would have cooked for us herself if we'd wanted!
We tried to be very gentle on the place, as it was clear she is picky about cleanliness, which is great. The place is spotless, and the germ-averse need not worry, at all.
Thanks, Cheron, for a remarkable stay, which turned out to be quite economical for four. Absolutely delightful in every way.

We had a great stay and would highly recommend the apartment for anyone looking to stay in the Silver Sands area. Cheron is an excellent host and the flat itself is well appointed, super clean, spacious and unobstructed views of Silver Sands beach. I was looking for a peaceful paradise where I could forget all about work, bills and all the troubles of the world for a few weeks and I found it right here at the Coconut Walk Apartments. The location was perfect, off the beaten track but still close to beach, local store, buses and town. My host, Cheron, was simply wonderful. Her cooking was marvellous and her helpful advice greatly appreciated. Also, the chilled rum punch left in the fridge on my arrival was GREATLY appreciated. I am always a little worried when booking a holiday apartment online that the apartment might not live up to the pictures online. Not here! The apartment was better in real life than the pictures! It had everything you could wish for except a dish washer (I just used my hands). The apartment itself is fabulous with comfortable beds, a modern bathroom and a fridge stocked with enough food/drink to get a weary traveller throught the first day or two on arrival. The location was perfect for my morning and evening walks along the beach which was about a 2 minute walk from the apartment. The days were spent mostly on the balcony with views of the sea, beach and park listening to the waves crashing against the seashore. For 3 weeks I was truly in paradise. Big thank you's to my hosts (Cheron & Walwen) for making my stay unforgettable. Would I come back - hell yes. Will I come back - definitely.

Beautiful clean comfortable property with a view of the ocean and people kite surfing. We enjoyed having coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean and the nearby park with birds and green monkeys. Cheron gave us a warm welcome and her rum punch was the best on the island!

This wasn't just about a place to stay, it was an experience from the time we arrived till we left. We loved this place and hosts. Cheron was fabulous: her place, her help, her meals she prepared for us but more importantly her personality and guidance and conversations, all while never intruding. The place was perfect: clean with all that visitors need. The location was so much: proximity to beach, bus, store, town. The fun we had will be remembered, the hosts will always be considered family.

When we arrived we were welcomed by the lovely Cheron, the apartment was beautifully furnished with everything we needed for our short stay, the kitchen was a pleasure with excellent fixtures which we used every night as we had eaten out a lot on the west coast.
We appreciated the chilled Rum Punch left in the fridge.
The location was perfect, nice and quiet with a view of the sea and beach from the lounge and balcony.
Cheron was always available to answer any questions we had and nothing was a problem.
We would love to return for a longer stay next time.

We just finished 1 week at Coconut Walk Apartment and could not have asked for a better stay. From the time we landed in Barbados our hosts did everything possible to make our week a memorable one. The unit is spotless, the kitchen is well equipped and the balcony overlooking the beach and the kite surfers was our go to place throughout our stay. Cheron bent over backwards to respond to our every need. We enjoyed great meals at Surfers Bay, Ocean Blue, and of course Cheron’s home cooking, which was amazing.
Cheron and Walden are both seasoned hospitality individuals and if there was a Host Hall of Fame they would certainly be in it !

We spent 2 nights at Cheron and Walwen's suite with a beautiful view of the ocean. We love Silver Sands - it's quiet, with plenty of areas to walk along the coast and walking distance to one of our favourite restaurants - Surfer's Bay Beach Bar. The suite itself is beautifully appointed with comfortable beds, a fully stocked kitchen and a modern bathroom. Most of all - Cheron is wonderful. So friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this spot for your next stay in beautiful Barbados.

Cheron is a wonderful host and the property was perfect and a really nice change from staying in a hotel.
The property was clean with all the amenities you could need. I stayed there with my partner and our 8 month old baby and everything was flawless.
Cheron let us check in early as it was hot and we had our child. She also cooked us a wonderful meal and was truly the warmest host I’ve experienced.
Definitely would stay here again if we came back to Barbados.

We had an amazing experience staying with Cheron and Walwen. From the moment we arrived we were looked after by two of the kindest, caring, and lovely people we could have asked for. Home cooked meals upon request, offers to get anything we needed on hand before arrival, etc.
The unit we stayed in was perfectly suited for myself and my Mother. Spacious, extremely clean and very well looked after.

We love staying at the Silver Sands apartment. Cheron and Walren are wonderful hosts! The apartment is the perfect size for 2 bedrooms; the kitchen and bathroom are new and modern, as is the rest of the apartment. The balcony is a bonus that overlooks the beach. It is close to Oistens and the airport. Nothing is more than 30- 40 min. drive. This is the perfect location if you like to surf or kite surf. Cheron is a wonderful cook and has a full menu of options to choose from. The grocery is 10 mins. away and easy to get to.. There is a parking space for your rental car right on the property. This is a place I will come back to again and again in the future.

Beautifully maintained property and thoughtful, caring hosts
Just came back from a fantastic 12 day stay at Coconut Walk Apartment. Sheron met us on arrival and quickly made us feel welcome and at home. The apartment was spotless as expected, and well appointed with modern appliances and everything we needed. We always felt safe and security was never an issue. We can confirm that Sheron's fish cakes were the best and we sampled around many the island (still thinking about how tasty they were as I write). Her rum punch was also excellent. There's so much we could say. Suffice to say Walwen and Sheron were the most accommodating hosts who went out of their way to make our stay memorable - thank you! We will be back! Highly recommended!

If anything its better than advertised
I would just like to say that our stay was fantastic. Just like the headline states everything was just simply awesome. From location to service everything was on par with a five-star hotel if not better in our opinion.
We will not hesitate to book here again the next time we are in Barbados!

Barbados Home from Home
We are very fortunate to have spent 6 weeks in beautiful Barbados in this great apartment and location that we felt was home away from home. Walwen and Cheron are the perfect hosts, from arrival to departure they made our stay extra special. We cannot believe our good fortune in not only finding such a beautiful home to live in but to share our time in Barbados with two amazing people. They were both there to meet our every needs. During our stay we ordered food from Cheron which didn't disappoint! it was truly amazing and we would thoroughly recommend ordering food from her during your stay.
Silver Sands is a quiet location but it was perfect, it was very easy to travel to the rest of the island even on local transport which we loved. We did hire a car for a few weeks but enjoyed the days we travelled on the local transport.
When we return to Barbados we will definately chose to stay here again. Both Walwen and Cheron work tirelessly and go above and beyond to ensure their guests have the best service and experience. Thank you both for making our trip extra special! We will return! Helen and David x

Barbados Dream Vacation
We had the best experience vacationing in Barbados and it all began with our "home away from home." Cheron is the most amazing hostess who went above and beyond what we ever imagined to make our stay the absolute greatest. The apartment is beautifully located. It is immaculate in terms of cleanliness and so perfectly appointed. Fabulous!
Just returned from a three week stay at Cheron and Walwen’s apartment. From the moment we arrived we were treated as honored guests (almost like family members). The property is extremely well maintained, and the apartment is clean, spacious, and very well equipped with everything we needed and then some (special treats left for us by our hosts). The balcony is wonderful and overlooks the beach and Silver Sands Park. We spent every morning and evening there enjoying our meals, drinks and just soaking in the view and warm breezes off the ocean while we planned our days. The Charon is attentive and available if anything additional is required. The Silver Sands beach is beautiful and active with many kite and windsurfers. We have travelled throughout the Caribbean and have never come across a property and hosts we’ve enjoyed more. We'd recommend renting a car to explore the many aspects of the island and there is no better place than Cheron and Walwen’s apartment to use as your home base!
